If you are looking for a basic swing chair (which is what I personally wanted) & not too expensive compared to some, with no other gimmicks such as singing or vibrating then this is for you. You place baby in strap in & it just swings. I wanted this mainly for something to put my baby in whilst I shower. He is currently 9 weeks old but has been in it since about 6 weeks no problem I have him in the lowest position as I found the highest too upright for him at the moment.The 2 speed settings are ok but what I find is number 1 isn’t quite ‘swingy’ enough & number 2 seems slightly too ‘swingy’ there’s no real happy medium however he does like number 2 & has fallen asleep in it on the 2 setting.

First, I ordered Fisher-Price FWX17 but returned it after few days because it was useless specially on carpet and had only the vibration function, no battery operated swing.Then I ordered this one. Opened the box today, material looks cheap, awful instructions, manual in different languages including Arabic. Arabic language is completely wrong not a single word can be read. You don't need screwdriver to assemble it. Only 2 recliner positions (not very comfortable) not 3 as described. Irritatating security belt around the neck.4 type C batteries are required. It has two very good swing speeds. All in all, a good budget swing chair that works.

I was a bit put off by the reviews but as I didn't want to spend lots as son is last child but still needed something to help him sleep, I thought sod it and gave it a shot. It's actually exactly what he needed as setting one is enough to help him drift. The 2nd setting is a little more fun but haven't needed it much. It's sturdy enough and although I'd be happier if the seat could be put down flatter, it's worth the money. I don't think it needs all the bells and whistles that make the other brands more expensive.Instructions coukd be better but doesn't take a genius to figure out.

I am mom of 2 and my second baby loves this swing. It is very comfortable and soft, appropriate speed levels and it is good quality. My baby is now 2 months old and there were times that he even fell asleep on this swing. And i keep it in the cot bed (which is currently unused) so that my other baby (toddler) cant reach it while baby is in it. My safe spot. I should have discovered this swing when my first baby was that young. I recommend.

Super fast delivery! Ordered late afternoon and it arrived the following day. Bought for a six week old grand baby who didn't like to be put down to sleep. The first setting is gentle and the second, as some have said, is faster but she loves it! Haven't fitted the toy bar yet but will do so at some point. Parents can now settle her safely. Good value for a very reasonable price.

So pleased i bought this for my granddaughter. I bought the very same for my daughters nwhen they were young so was pleasantly surprised they still made them. Bright colours and quiet. All you hear is a slight tick tock as it swings. Different lie back positions but supportive on the back which is perfect if your little one is not sitting up unaided yet.Great buy

Its not got the instructions in wording, there's images in the manual that shows you how to set it up.The seat is quite light, it's sometimes a little struggle to sit my 4month old in it but once they're in it, it's fine.The speed is perfect but it does make quite a noise. After a long while it's not a problem because my newborn child still fall asleep in it.

Since the baby cannot write the review (or even speak yet) I shall commit some electrons to HTML.Baby seems to find the rocking motion soothing and the seat is comfortable enough (though some padding out is required when the baby is small).Much of the time we rock it manually so I can't say yet how fast it eats batteries.

I brought this for my nephew it looks great works well but it states from birth but there's no head support so my nephews head tilts to the side when he's in it and doesn't look like he's very comfortable. Would be much better with a baby neck pillow type thing. Otherwise I'd recommend not using it from birth

It is easy to assemble, both settings work and it is sturdy. Unfortunately my newborn didn't like it, now she is a couple of months she is happy to sit in it for a short while. I was gutted it wasn't one that sent her to sleep! If your baby likes a swinging motion as opposed to bouncing, it's a good buy!

When you are sleep deprived and need 5 minutes to have a hot cup of coffee. This is the type of thing you need. Easy to assemble and my little girl loved it. Only time I could drink a hot cuppa. Bit of a pain to take down when my little girl got too heavy for it but definitely was worth the money.

Good swing chair, baby loves it.Downside are no support for babies head, had to buy a car seat insert to stop her head dropping and the straps are a bit rough so had to make some covers for them as worried about them being in contact with her face.Still really happy with the purchase

A bit annoying to assemble but not the worst, although the toy bar will not click in at all. It’s definitely a lot noisier than I would have expected and the noise is quite annoying. My son loves it so I guess the pros outweigh the cons in this case.

Really nice swing. Bought for my 8 week old and definitely keeps him entertained. Two different speeds. Harness feels very secure. Folds down really well for storage. You can hear it moving. Doesn’t come with batteries. Would recommend, great value.

Really good baby swing for the price, baby loves it and has helped bring able to get things done. Only thing we found annoying in the recliner isn’t that great it’s a bit clunky and it only has 2 positions not 3 as the picture suggests.
