I originally ordered the 4000, as according to the dimensions in the description it was the perfect size for my needs. I bought this for multiple purposes - to take on holiday as my camera bag and to use at weddings as my lens and spares bag. I also use it to carry my cameras from my studio to home. One problem - the shape of the bag. Look at the pics, the bag tapers down to the bottom, and the dimensions given are for the top. Now the top is usually where you need the most space, the camera body sits up here, the lens have shades up here... but the truth is, that dimension is right to the edge. I got a compact DSLR, spare lens and flash in there, but nothing else. Not that practical. So I changed it for this, the 6000, and all I can say is WOW! Lightweight, tough, well padded and plenty of room. I get a 5D MKII and a 100D in there with room to spare. Or I can put in in the 100D with lens and two extra lenses, with extras. Or my 5D with lens and spare lens and extras, including a small 3rd lens! I'd happily recommend this bag for travel, for street photography, for landscape work (limited room for filters unless you keep your lens choices limited) as there is only one pocket, so a filter holder is essential and pop this in. When funds allow I'm going to buy another - one for each camera, to make life easier when shooting weddings.

This is ideal as a small light day bag and can manage a DSLR with tele lens or DSLR + prime + lens/flash. The usable internal dimensions are a base length of 22cm increasing to 34cm at the top; 21cm tall and a depth of 15cm. The padding is thin (keeping the weight down) so if you keep your camera nose-down there will be little protection when it is placed/dropped on the floor. My kit was too big to be held upright but sits nicely lengthways. The best thing about this bag is that it is designed as a cross-shoulder bag with straps angled to sit comfortably. Standard bags tend to pull out at the bottom and swing around too much when used across the shoulder so this is much better for walking. There is plenty of length in the adjustable strap which is 5cm wide and there is a removable shoulder pad. There is a single pocket at the front which might take a filter, cloth and spare battery but the available capacity will depend upon how full the main compartment is. Love the colour and workmanship. Flap is held by clips and also velcro - which is very noisy. I think that the latest model has cover flaps for the velcro but for now I will just cover them with velcro strips.

The brief I set myself was to find a bag that accommodated a Sony A7Rii camera, with 16-35mm, and 24-240mm lenses, as a walk-around kit that didn't scream 'camera-bag'. This bag fulfils that brief admirably. It is reasonably well made and lightweight, and it holds the camera and both lenses snugly and securely. Although the 2” wide strap is adequate, the addition of a Matin Curved Air Cushion Pad, also available through Amazon, makes the fully-laden weight of just over 5lbs. carryable for hours without strain, whilst the relatively compact size and steel-grey colour of the bag doesn't draw undue attention.Aside from the main compartment with supplied divider, it also has a wide (8”), zipped, compartment for spare batteries, SD cards, 'phone, etc.Despite being a full-frame camera, my Sony is quite compact, so for a larger DSLR and lenses the next size bag up in the range may be more appropriate. This size, however, suits my purpose perfectly, and is highly recommended.

Great lightweight bag. Build quality is what you would expect from Crumpler. Some maybe put off by the thinness of outer material compared to previous camera bags, but it's waterproof and light. It will collapse and therefore can chuck it into a holdall or cabin sized suitcase with the rest of my gear. It will not take up much space; this I could not say about my rigid camera bags. This bag will suffice for a day shoot with a 2 to 3 lenses (depending on size). My standard walk about kit that fits include: 70-200mm f4 (NOT f2.8) with hood collapsed and unmounted, a flash and a wide angle zoom mounted on camera. The camera body is a pro with grip fitted. All of this goes in nicely, along with flash cards, cleaning pens and cloths. If you take out the wide angle, you could get in a couple of prime lens.

This bag is light yet strong, I use it to hold an EOS1300D, light, additional lens, cleaning gear, batteries, memory cards, lens caps, etc. I love the bright inside - makes the kit inside stand out.On of my first trips out with the bag was to Blackpool Zoo and it poured down with rain during the trip, the bag kept all of its contents bone-dry without needing some form of additional weatherproof cover.Bag comes with the usual long warranty from Crumpler, its is very light and comfortable to wear, the main strap is stitched at an angle to sit nicely across your body and there is a padded cover that can be removed/moved along the strap and sits on your shoulder.I have used this on long trips out and had no discomfort from extended use.

I've written a more in-depth review on my purchase of the 6000 version of this bag. This is a brilliant bag - lightweight, tough and well padded, but check the dimensions carefully before buying. Those stated are for the very top, and the bag tapers down to the bottom. So get the kit together you want to put in this bag, measure the top and the bottom, and if it fits - buy it, you won't be disappointed. But if there's any doubt, go for the 6000 instead, I did and I love it. This would have got 5 stars if the description had been more accurate about the dimensions.

Lightweight, easy to fold down for packing in a suitcase, this bag is a great travel companion. It's well made and has enough space for a full frame DSLR plus a couple of extra large-ish lenses (e.g. Nikon 105mm prime, 70-200mm zoom, or a flash unit). Another great product from Crumpler, I upgraded to this from the Light Delight 4000 which is now being used by a family member. The padded shoulder strap is an added bonus when carrying heavy kit around all day.

Good quality construction, light and comfortable to carry. It holds a Samsung NX10 with lens fitted and hood and another larger lens with hood in its bag in a separate compartment. Also holds battery charger in main body. The zip pocket takes a few small accessories such a spare battery, brush. Padding could be better in base. It's met needs for travel photography.

Lovely bag but smaller than expected. Would be fine for Canon xxxd series, but too small for the 5d mkii plus extra lens. It has lots of dividers and seems really well made. Top marks to Amazon who made my return super easy, refunded within an hour of drop off at local collection point (6 stars to Amazon). I bought the 7500 size (jack pack) which is much better.

I love this bag, it's light and holds everything with ease and their,s enough room for a purse too. The reason I,ve only given 4 stars is because the Velcro fastening is incredibly noisy and not ideal for wildlife photography. I notice some of their other bases have a silence flap which can cover the Velcro if you wish, it's a shame it wasn't added to this one.

In my adventure to find a good bag, that wasn't too bulky or too unprotect, I've found this..The bag is great, well build (you feel the primium quality), it adaptes to your body because the pad isn't to hard (but still protective and rainproof).I can fit a nikon D5100 with a 50mm, a 55-300mm and some accessories.

This is my second Crumpler Light Delight bag. I also own a 4000. Bought this for my A7r2 and Batis 25, FE55 and Batis 85. They all fit comfortably with one mounted on the camera. Have since added the FE35 and although things are a little tight I can still fit everything in (just!).

Speedy delivery. Bought as a Christmas present. Exactly what my daughter wanted, light, does not look to much like a camera bag and big enough for camera and two lenses. It also has a small pocket for a few personal belongings when travelling.
