Having read the review from another customer talking of screws sticking through the seat, I was a bit wary when ordering this product. However, all was fine. The product is well made and works well. It comes ready to fit to a hook on an existing structure but it can be easily undone and re-tied around a branch (my option). Instructions are minimal but if you boil it down to the fact that all you are doing is tying a rope to a branch and so do not need to be a DIY expert (which I am certainly not) all is fine. Like another reviewer, I could have done with the rope being a little longer but that's down to the height of my chosen branch. All in all, a good,

This is a lovely piece of kit. The runner is totally enclosed so that children's fingers (and hair) cannot get into it. The instructions are good. If you are running it from tree to tree and the trees are not very thick, then it is worth running the cable over a fork (put a bit of hose pipe over the wire to stop it cutting in to the tree) then down to a fixation point close to the ground (perhaps round another tree's base) This stops the wire sagging which is a nuisance otherwise as it becomes difficult to tune.

Fantastic I don’t know how it will do in the garden with the weather as we do use our in doors in our play room When twisting on the swing sometimes can get tangled in your clothes very solid product and has handled length change really well no wear or Tear and it’s not like my children have been very gentle Very pleased with this product will definitely use this service again in the Near Future

The kids get loads of use out of this swing year after year; ours is suspended from a branch of our apple tree (we have a regular wooden seat rope swing on another branch, too), they blend in well with the garden, and are very well made, tough and resilient (having survived bucket loads of rain year after year). Well worth every penny - highly recommended!

Received today and relatively easy to put up. You take rope from out of the metal double ring, fling it over the tree and then put rope back inside the double ring. It is a bit fiddly and some force is required but it is manageable. Has an extra ring to secure for extra safety. We are delighted with this product. Would recommend.

I bought this swing for my 11 year old and she is on it every day.Although she's not particularly heavy it would be fine for an older/heavier child too.It's very sturdy and the rope is thicker than on previous swings we've had as is the actual swing.Excellent product , great price and swift delivery.

Just looking at the comments on here about screws coming out and the seat breaking, we've had ours 3 years and its been perfectly fine. I'm just about to order another one not because the one we have has broken but simply worn out its been used so much. Maybe people aren't fitting them properly?

My son loves this spends a lot of time climbing onto it and swinging about laughing and shouting out fun! He's only two and can manage to use it! The only negative is that we had to spend more money on an extension rope as the one with the swing is extremely short! It's well made though!

We loved it when it arrived and put it up in the tree for my grandson. A week later the seat fell apart and my 6 year old grandson who weighs 3 stone landed on his back down a steep slope... not safe for children i fear, it doesn't have a safety mark on it so be warned.

This is the second monkey swing i have purchased, My daughter just used it until it fell apart 3 years on out in all weather.The best money i have spent forget all the exspencive toys this one is a winner,and with all her freinds too.

Such a simple thing but what child could resist? Certainly not my Grandsons who have great fun on it. It is well built and the rope will not rot as it is a type of nylon or plastic, even though it looks just like rope.

Writing this a couple years later and ours is still working fine, we have done nothing to preserve it but its still in good shape, could come with a longer rope but hey ho nothing a trip to b and q wouldn't fix

Very pleased with this. Arrived quickly and is very good quality. We had to buy more rope as our tree is very high but that was no problem. It is good how you can adjust the height for different aged children.

I bought this for my daughter and this is first rope swing she ever had. Took a bit of practice to get on it and off, but now all our neighbor kids enjoy it. Was easy to put up on tree.

The old ones are the best, none of this fancy rotting in a landfill for hundreds of years plastic crap. When it breaks it'll be fuel for the fire. The kids love it. Thank you.
