FANTASTIC!!Recently bought this game and it is amazing. At the start you create a profile, input all your details then select what area you want to work on wether it be tummy or arms. It also had the added benefit of including exercise equipment. ie Wrist weights, step and included with this game resistance band.Included in the work out it counts down your calories burned and also encourages you to carry on and lets you know when you are doing it correctly. You can either do a daily work out plan which you created or just a exercise.Worth every penny. 10/10 xxx
