This is a good frying pan: effective non-stick coating, good size, ergonomic handle, feels reasonably quality construction.The colour-changing element seems a bit of a gimmick to me. Tefal do a similar thing with their red dot, and a.though I have those pans, I tend to ignore the dot. Similarly, I’ve used this pan a few times now and keep forgetting to notice the colour change or if it is helpful. I guess, if you’ve neem cooking for 40-odd years, it’s hard to find a use fir a feature you’ve never needed before....Anyway, it’s a good frying pan. I’m not sure an £80-90 price tag is justified, but in oeneral it performs well and has a good feel to it. The versatility to use on standard,

This is a superb pan that works perfectly on our induction hob and, I’m guessing, should work well on gas and electric burners.It is a heavyweight wok, which may put off some purchasers, but I have arthritis in my wrists and hands yetfind this perfectly useable.The base is beautifully machined. The pan itself has a, what appears to be, durable non-stick finish with the added benefit of a thermo-reactive coating which reveals when the pan is at optimum temperature when the predominantly brick red colour changes to the colour of the darker speckles.This pan may not have the immediate temperature response of the traditional wok,

This is a great pan - versatile, easy to clean, and not too heavy to use. I've used it to fry eggs, cook steaks and bacon, I have made a chilli con carne in it and even a stir fry! Each time I have use it, it has cooked the food thoroughly and consistently. I have had no issues with food being stick to the sides or the bottom, meaning the non-stick element really does work well, and it cleans perfectly each time. The heat spot in the centre works well, and only slight drawback is that there is no lid, but that does not detract from this being the one of the best pans I've ever used.Very highly recommended!

Love this, utterly love this. Slightly heavy (but I can live with that!) but deeper than my normal pan. So when you launch all your stir fry ingredients in, there is enough room to properly move them around. The induction works well heating all round more than adequately to produce that perfect stir fry.And it’s an attractive beast too, I often don’t put it away, not just because I’m lazy (I am, why do you think I like the ease of stir frying?) but because I like looking at it.

Really good quality! The pan heats up evenly and retains heat quite well, it is really easy to handle with. I have an induction hob and this pan is perfect. It is non-stick and the metal is thick and quite heavy, you can just feel the quality when you hold it. Overall very happy!

So impressed with this. Very heavy based pan, cooks evenly and without sticking. A dream to clean, everything comes off first wipe. We don't just use this as a wok, we use it as a standard day to day pan for nearly everything. Great size, and well made. Would recommend.

This is more like a piece of German engineering then a pan, I particularly like the angle and position of the handle, that upward slant makes gripping for me easier. The way it heats evenly from the centre means everything should be cooked evenly! Nice one Fissler.

Have used this for a few weeks now and it has been superb heats up really fast but does not allow food to burn and evenly cooks everything and also looks super cool in my kitchen.
