My 7 year old son has gotten into Fischertechnik toys recently. This line is more craft oriented than their other technical products, so I was a bit cautious when he asked for it, but when it arrived he really took to it. This is an easy to use and surprisingly versatile toy, and it is fairly intuitive for young children.
