This was purchased to replace one with the same part number (134011) which had died after many years.The new one had six holes to fit the binder. The is perfect for the A5 size and presumably smaller size.The original had seven holes which made it possible use an A4 size binder (both filofax and other makes).Fortunately, the six holes in the new calculator were coincident with six out of seven of the holes in the old original calculator and therefore it was only necessary to drill one hole in the new calculator to make it fit the A4 binder.Good little calculator.

It’s useful for my line of work and works flawlessly for me. There’s no battery so it won’t hold a charge but it works perfectly under office and street light conditions when daylight isn’t an option so for me there are very few places I wouldn’t be able to use this. It even works under torchlight in pitch black so it not strictly a solar calculator, it’s an “energy” calculator.

Yes, it's flawed, as it's solar powered and won't work in the evening or dim light or when the journal is closed, BUT dispite this obvious issue I still really love the design of this thing.It's thin and handy and the buttons are responsive (when it's powered ;))

Handy tool for including into diary, due to it being solar powered obviously will not work in dimly lit areas which is the only draw back(therefore 4 star); but obviously the slimness is because of no batteries. Excellent delivery/customer service from seller.

Slightly weary about purchasing this following the reviews I read but it's a nifty little addition to my filofax and works really well (my front room isn't the brightest but works fine) definitely glad I purchased this

It works wonderfully and makes our life easier. It gots a solar battery so it never runs out. I just think it could be a little bit bigger because the sheets of my pocket Filofax are bigger than the calculator.

very cute but useful looking calculator, is solar powered and switches off automaticaly, it is neat with it's ruler edge and on the reverse has various measurements.A must have for any Filofax Mini.

Since I'd come to rely on having a calculator to hand in my diary, I was concerned when it finally ceased to work. This new one was reasonably priced, arrived promptly and is proving very handy.

My old one had packed up after ten years in my handbag. It's only used occasionally and it's a bit fiddly with the tiny buttons but always very useful when having brain trouble with figures!

The calculator does what it says on the tin! It fits both the mini & pocket sized filofax organisers, although time will tell if it gets enough sunlight to keep it charged up.

It was nice to receive it on the next day but unfortunately it worked only in direct light and not always too. The replacement came very promt and it is pleasure to use it.

I like the thinness of this calculator and the ease of using it.Was unsure at first and thought it may be a bit gimmicky but it is a great thing to have in your filofax.

A useful calculator for any type of any filofax or filofax style ring binder. Slim and easy to use. The fact that it is solar powered is an added plus for me.
