I previously had this item and was very happy. The product is mostly unchanged from the orginal and provides good support and a soft smooth feel.However one major change is the backing is now semi rigid . This makes the item less suitable for natural shape keyboards

Product is good its exactly as described and comfortable I used it as a replacement for old similar product. It's good if you have to work in front of computer.

Comfortable and I have no issues with this wrist rest except it has a very strange odour rather like damp gym kit???
