After few uses the grip starts to mould to my hands and it becomes increasingly more comfortable. It holds well and doesn't come off. Replacing an old grip with this one is easy. Pictures don't show that there is a rose gold/copper tape peaking through the grip holes, definitely more 'girly' tape. This was a surprise to me but I do like the colour.
