I was prompted into buying these clogs because at the present time I have a painful blister on the heel of my left foot and I cannot bear to wear shoes with a heel. My regular shoes have heels which rub my right heel and cause even more pain. The Dr Brinkmann 'clogs' are backless and therefore no 'rubbing' takes lace until journey's end. Furthermore, these shoes have an integral strap and a deeply recessed footwell. Together these features mean the clogs cannot accidentally fall off the wearers feet.I wore these clogs for over 11 hours today and during this period they caused me no discomfort. I am waiting to see if other premises come up for sale.

Leather top, compressed Cork base, synthetic soles. New soles are a bit slippery, needs wearing in. Cork base is very flat and could be contoured more like wooden/Scandinavian clogs for more walking comfort...leather top kinks in and pinches toe joints a bit, but probably improve in use.Because of sole flatness, front and rear of soles wear through quite quickly.Ordered a size UK8/EU42 But seller decided to send me a UK7/EU41 INSTEAD! So, it's tight and can't be worn with socks.

Had read the review,so i expected them to be very comfy. All i can really say is that they are very robust and super comfy! I put them on straight away,had no rubbing or any discomfort at all. I would compare these to my slippers,a very sturdy sole, a great upper and so so comfy. I wore these for about two hours and it was pure comfort all the way. Love them!

Partner likes these very much - comfy.I like the quality and its slightly more of a sturdy structure than other low cost brands.Regarding size, initially bought his usual size which felt too close fitting so went up a half size which was sufficient so that his heel sat just within the back opening as opposed to the rim of the sandal.

Good product for the price. A fraction of the price of Birkenstocks. The foot plates/in sole are a bit hard and start to be a bit uncomfortable after a full shift in the kitchen (12hrs for me). Easy to wipe clean. Look smart too.

very comfy i have had a foot operation it didnt chafe where that scar exists - went to buy a second pair 2 days later but amazon wouldnt give me free postage although it says free postage on the item - disappointed so cancelled

Bought as a present for my partner. He is VERY happy. Says they are comfortable and the buckle is a bonus as he wanted to make them a tighter fit.

Good kitchen pec shoe for the price i expect i will need to replace them in 6 months but for the price cant argue comfortable a nd fit well

these are exactly as they look, very comfy and well made. I wore them right away for 5 hours and my feet didn't ache after at all. lovely.

They're taking a while to break in so a bit uncomfortable at the moment but I'm sure they'll be fine once they're broken in
