These shoes are great for days that I'm on my feet all day. I manage and perform in a professional choir, so I spend hours at a time standing on stage and running around backstage. I was having problems with foot pain and needed a good, comfortable shoe that still looked professional. These were recommended to me by a friend who works as a nurse. I was a bit skeptical because they are CROCS, but I figured that if they work for a nurse with 12 hour shifts, they would work for me.Since switching from my previous shoes, I have had ZERO foot pain while wearing these. AMAZING! They are so light and comfortable. They don't look silly at all like most CROCS. These are more narrow than other styles of CROCS,making them look more like a normal shoe. They look quite similar to my old Clarks, but are MUCH more comfy. I have fairly wide feet, but even with the narrower design, the width is not a problem for my feet. The one thing I don't like about the shoe is that they make noises if I don't wear stockings. Because of the material and design, when I'm not wearing some sort of stocking, the shoes sort of suction to the top of my feet and release with each step, creating a loud noise. As long as I wear socks or nylons, that doesn't happen.Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and professional shoe for all-day wear.

I'm in my second year of nursing scool. In the begining I just went out and bought a $20 pair of shoes on clearence. i've been paying for it ever since! So finally, after an 8 hour day of being in pain, I could barely move the next day, I decided I had to do something about it! I asked around with other nurses and students about their shoes. I concluded the Crocs were my best bet, similar in style to other nursing shoes, but far less expensive! Plus I heard they ran a little big, which was good for me since I have wide feet.I wear a size 9W, sometimes a 9 1/2, maybe even a 10 on a bad day. Ordered a 9. They fit perfect! Plenty of room to wiggle my toes. The fact that the only thing on the back is a strap took some getting use to,but not once did they slip off, even though there was still room. They are super cushy, feels like you're on top of 3 inches of foam! The shoes arrived while I had my study group over, so everyone else tried them on as well. They all decided they're buying them as well, especially when I told them the price!I wore them last week for over 8 hours, standing about the whoel time, and my back did NOT hurt!!! I was amazed. If they weren't so ugly, I'd wear them everywhere! lol!I'm now looking forward to my 12 hour clinicals in ICU next week! Thanks

Love, love, love these shoes! Shipping was faster through Amazon Prime, and the shoe price was somehow a bit lower than the Crocs Online store. The Croc Mercy Clogs look less clunky than my Croc Bistro clogs while offering similar support and protection. Both styles have prevented dangerous slips for years of active indoor and outdoor catering service. As for quality, my first pair of Mercy Clogs lasted for 3 years of almost daily use before the anti-slip tread was worn thin and smooth and began to peel off. Until then I had thought that the entire shoe was one molded piece. However, the next three pairs were regretfully returned because of manufacturing problems. The decorative arch overlay strip (available in black, silver paisley or purple paisley) curled up at the edges and the anti-slip tread panels peeled off at the heels. The peeling began within a week as there were only a few squiggles and dots of glue between the layers, compared to the solid glue coverage on my older pair. Other online feedback confirmed the problem until recently, so I decided to give them another try. If they start to fall apart I will add more feedback later. So far, so good - this pair is holding together and my feet are happy again after a four-year hiatus!

As a nurse, comfort matters, and for anyone who has dare slipped into a pair of Crocs knows...They're the most comfortable shoes, but some of the ugliest! Now, these shoes actually give Crocs some feminine style. They aren't so wide, so you will look a bit more tailored. They have a strap that flips to either go over your foot, or behind your heel.Drawbacks: The heel may look cute, but I believe safety is more important. I ended up twisting my ankle at least once a shift when I wore these shoes to work. If my foot slipped off the edge at all, the whole shoe would turn, causing my ankle to go sideways. I actually have stopped wearing them and switched to the men's dark grey medical shoes. Also, the 2" wide little design/pattern overlay section that runs across the top of the shoe will begin to peel quickly after purchase, especially if they've been getting wet. I decided to try and pull the flap off and it ended up just tearing and looking a lot worse. So, I tried to pull the flap off from the other side and that did not work either. I ended up buying a new pair and when they started peeling, I glued the section back down to the shoe and that seemed to work best!

as a dialysis nurse, i am standing up most of my duty hours and needs shoes with no holes as protection from blood and fluid spill accidents. it is indeed very comfortable to wear. i didnt feel any pain on my feet afterwards. but the problem is, because it has no vents and this style is slimmer than the original crocs style, it is so hot to wear. because it is slimmer and my feet fits snugly in them that no air can circulate in. note that i do live in a hot country (Philippines).. i think in hot places, a crocs bistro would be a better choice since your feet will have more room to breathe.also one thing that i dont like from this style is that it has no holes for jibbitz! lol.i think the bistro's strap has 2 holes for them. im thinking of how to put holes on mine as i have some jibbitz i would like to put on. hey! a girl's gotta accesorize! can someone help me how?all in all, i'd still recommend it. the comfyness overcomes the hotness=)

That IS the question, and here's my experience, in case it helps you. In regular shoes, I'm a size 10B. In these crocs, size 10 is both longer and wider than my foot; however, when I wear them with thick winter socks (think ski socks), it's a good fit. I've also bought these in size 9 and they are snug to my foot, just the right size, with arch support in the right place. The size 9 is best when worn with thin socks such as nylon-type trouser socks or tights. When the size 9 is worn with an otherwise bare foot, the show becomes moisture-locked to the foot, which might be a comfort problem in summer. When the size 10 is worn with an otherwise bare foot, there is no moisture lock.I had planned to retire my older size 10 crocs, but instead I'll keep them for wearing in winter with heavy socks. The rest of the time, size 9 will be my go-to shoe. In my case, buying down one size in this model was the right choice. Hope this is helpful to you.

This is my second pair of these crocs. I wear them while working as a CNA and during nursing school clinicals. The floors in my unit are linoleum, but I still find that I don't have too much foot pain at the end of a 12 hour shift.PROS: water resistant, comfortable, fit my wide foot and high instep, can swivel heel strap to turn into slip-ons, lightweight, can run in them, can be disinfected with bleach wipes or soaked in bleach/water solution, cheaper than other nursing shoes, vegan, the cut makes them look more feminine as compared to other crocs, no squeakingCONS: insufficient arch support for high arches, make my feet smell pretty foul, I sometimes step wrong and my foot slips out (probably user error,as I can be uncoordinated and don't use the heel strap), the rubber starts to look dull over timeOverall I think these are a great option. They are a bit narrower than traditional crocs

I worked in a kitchen for a few months. These are great for comfort and support, and the slip resistant sole always worked great for me. I didn't work long shifts, but my feet felt 100% fine when I got off work (normally my heels hurt really bad after standing for long periods of time). These are not quite as wide as traditional Croc clogs; more like a standard shoe width. I have slightly wide feet and they fit comfortably with thin socks. The back of the shoe comes up about an inch around the heel, so they still slip on but they don't slide off. I spilled everything from hot water to spaghetti sauce on these and it doesn't burn your feet. They come completely clean if you use a MagicEraser on them!I no longer work in the kitchen, but I like these so much I wear them around the house, while cooking and cleaning, and even while gardening. Would definitely buy them again!

These shoes were chosen after weeks of costumer reviews on no slip shoes. As a waitress for over a decade, ive owed every type of slip resistant shoes.. being very cheap, many came from Wal-MArt (never lasts more than 4months), some from a uniform arrow, and finally i went high spending on a serve safe certified crock pair trying a local speciality store. They were the best, but didn't vent well and. My feet would stinky . So this round, i tried a sketchers but way over priced. They blew out i researched and find these. More narrow abs lady like than the foodservice style, but still fit the bill. $34 is high for me,but the only complaint is the soles patch began to peal up at the toes 3-4 in ,but super glues is hoping to keep my feeltgrounded. They are heaven on your feet day one on the floor or more. Highly frecommended for a more feminine and dishwasher washable shoe!

I wear a size 8 normally so following the other reviews I ordered a size down. I am an overnight baker/cake decorator at a grocery store. I am on my feet for 9 hours straight without ever sitting down. These are the only shoes that have held up so far and actually made my feet feel better than they have in years. I tried the nursemates brand of shoes and they didn't work at all . These are light weight and so comfortable for someone like me who is logging over 12K steps in a shift. Perfect . Oh, and I wear a thin pair of compression socks with an ankle athletic sock over those and these are roomy enough in the toe to accommodate all of that . Without both socks, a size 6 fit really well .I know that because I have a size 6 also that wear "in public" with jeans. At the end of my shift, I just throw them in the washer and they look like new.

These are very nice work shoes. I'm on my feet, up and down all day in a medical practice and my feet don't hurt at all when I come home. I'm thrilled. They are also good at cutting static charges. They don't have the typical Minnie Mouse look that regular, classic crocs have, they are a normal size/shape. I wear a 9 1/2 and due to reviews bought a size lower. Perfect choice. They seem fairly snug, but once they're on for a few minutes, they warm up and mold perfectly. They actually don't look like crocs except for the button :) The only drawback is that they don't have any venting so my feet tend to smell, which is not usually an issue for me. I'm considering trying to poke a few holes in them?Overall, I love them and will just use foot spray. Would absolutely buy them again. I have been wearing for about a month now.

I was hoping for a miracle, and was disappointed, but I did find a sturdy serviceable slip-resistant pair of shoes that will work for a shift at either my bartending or warehouse job. They fit a little large but I expected that from the reviews, and how loose they are on my feet is actually my favorite thing about them- as my other shoes can feel too tight after my feet swell on a long shift or double. They are not as comfortable as I had hoped, but they're acceptable for a few hours at a time, and they have a nice bounce/rebound on hard floors due to the rubbery soles that I enjoy. They do make my feet sweat a lot, but the shoes haven't picked up a nasty smell like some of my others, so that's nice.Overall I'm satisfied, although I probably wouldn't have paid $40 for them again if I'd known they'd still hurt my feet.

These are very comfortable. I like that they run narrower than traditional crocs; it allows for better arch support. They still do not compare to my favorite thick Croc flip flops which have about 2" thick heels... but these are good enough for closed toe. I generally stand on concrete floors for about 7 hours straight in food service. The bottom, as other reviewers state, is just glued on. I'm a little bit disappointed how much food gunk gets stuck in the grooves. They become almost solid caked and the restaurant is very clean. I can see the glued on traction pieces falling off in the near future, but for now, they are great. Also as another reviewer stated, one of my straps is slightly larger than the other, which is a little bit odd feeling, but I'm used to it now.

I work at a Veterinary Hospital and am on my feet all day, I was REALLY avoiding the Croc look to be honest but I had Dansko's and at 5'10 I felt like a Giant in them, clumsy, and they were so hard! I wanted something softer, that I could easily clean. I got these and they were very squishy, easy to clean, protect my feet, and they do get a little hot, I was considering getting Crocs with air holes but for animal reasons I didn't. So they do get a little hot , but ok with thin cotton socks, my Danskos got hot too. I usually wear a 9.5 and these fit perfect! I don't have a problem with them being narrow and I have wider feet, the bumps on the bottom are fine too.Overall I am very satisfied with them and they are a fraction of the price to Danskos!!!!

The wife here: Could be more supportive in all areas, but...they are super easy to clean, so it's kind of a trade off. These are very noisy shoes, and the toe box is oddly shaped. All in all? Not horrible, just not the best. Didn't cause me any foot pain (I have PF- Google it), nor did my knees ache. I cannot say with a certainty these would make it a full 12 hour shift, but I am not complaining wearing these doing my 8 hour shifts either. I am on the fence about whether I would buy them again, this "model" doesn't have the fun colors, and everything for nurses is the dreaded white; maybe if they offered more of the 'fun' colors, I might? I dunno.Like I said, definitely not horrible shoes.Just maybe not the best?
