After reading some of the reviews I was dubious regarding the quality of this product but my daughter desperately wanted an Elsa Plush and it was proving extremely difficult to find one to buy. Therefore when I saw this, and at a very reasonable price compared to some other sellers who were out of stock, I was very happy. The doll is really beautiful and very good quality. My 8yr old daughter loves her and says its her favourite Christmas present!

Same as all the other plush Disney princess dolls so looks enough like the film character to keep the children happy but expensive for what is but then most of what you're paying for is the Disney licencing fee rather than doll materials.Cynicism aside, my fiver year old daughter is very happy with it, as she is with all the other Disney plush dolls, I think we have the full set...... for now... sigh..

This product was only rated as a 4 star from me as when i purchased it says the seller is "Disney" yet after payment had been made, the seller shows to be "Rachel", so im afraid to my knowledge this isnt genuine disney although, it could pass for it as the product itself is excellent quality...just not impressed the real seller was shown after payment was made :(

Was worried I would have a disappointed child on Christmas day this year as there are no elsa dolls in stores at the moment, Very pleased to have received this in the post today. Lovely looking doll. Appears to be good quality. Very quick service too! No complaints here, definitely worth the bit extra!

Bought for my frozen mad daughter for her birthday!! She really is a pretty doll, it's just a shame she was so expensive, but they have sold out in the Disney stores so needs must! I'm sure this will have the desired reaction when it's opened on her birthday!!

Bought it for my granddaughter's birthday. It arrived within 3 days so very pleased with delivery. Well packaged so that the postman couldn't squeeze it through the letter box.Good quality toy and well made.Good value for money.A happy customer.Thank you

Would've given this 5 as quality and delivery were very good. It was just annoying that as soon as I ordered the doll the price then dropped by a couple of quid. Other than that overall I'm very happy and it was still cheaper than other sellers.

i have been trying to get an Elsa doll from the disney shop for ages as these dolls are hard to get hold of so i was really pleased to get one and my daughter was really happy a bit more expensive then the disney shop but was worth it.

I brought this for my niece for her birthday and she was beyond happy with it. It has taken me ages to track down one of these dolls and I was really chuffed with the price and the fact it was an official Disney doll!

Doll received with much excitement. Has been used most days, often not leaving daughters side. Was more expensive than purchasing from Disney, but stock so limited and needs must.Perfect soft doll for any Elsa fan.

Daughter loves this doll, of course! Do like the slightly larger size compared to her other dolls and it is nice and soft with a plat that you can unwind and redo which keeps her amused. Good dress on the doll too.

My daughter was absolutely thrilled with it although I did feel it was rather expensive for what it was. My mother in law paid for the doll and we didn't want to disappoint my daughter.

Really impressed with this doll was unsure if real or not when ordered but was very pleased looks great and like in the film. Daughter hasn't put it down yet!
