I had to do a factory reset two days after I first used it due to windows wanting to update everything one of the drivers didn't work so could not access the internet down loaded a game to play worked for a day now doesn't work internet is so slow at downloading and I have 80 mbs download speed read reviews about this being a good laptop I have got to put up with it because I paid so much for it never buy DELL again

I had to return this laptop and order a Mac instead, for the type of work that I develop. The team is friendly and is now issuing a refund. Still a great computer, just not for my job.

Still trying it out but maybe returning within fourteen days of purchase date.
