This is a truly outstanding CPU cooler! I have been completely converted from Noctua and Cooler Master products and Cryorig is my new favourite! In my opinion packaging quality, instructions, build quality, cooling capabilities, and ease of install are far better with all Cryorig products versus any competition. I have bought the C7, the R1 Universal, and this H5 Ultimate all in the last 6 months. All of which overperforming for the systems I have placed them in and all are built extremely well and offer A+ cooling. This H5 Ultimate is keeping my i5-7500 cooled in my recent home server build. Admittedly an H7 would have been sufficient, however, I often have this system running for 5 days straight so thermals are very important to me.And as of now I have not seen my CPU go past 35 degrees C! This cooler does a phenomenal job, it is very quiet, and looks great! Not only that but if you have had any experience with larger air coolers you know the install process can be very infuriating (Be Quiet products are the worst, I speak from experience). But not with any Cryorig products! The install instructions are crystal clear, and because of their mounting design they are easier to install than many AIO liquid coolers! You also get a rather large tube of thermal paste so there is no need to order any additional thermal paste, and a big 140mm PWM fan is a must at this price point, so I was happy to see that included as well! So, with ease of install and the $62.75 price point it seems quite intriguing over some 140mm and 240mm AIO’s. As it should be, if you do some research you’ll find that air coolers perform better than many AIO’s, and as long as it fits in your case I think this is not only the more economical option but the better one for overclockers as well.Overall this is a very good cooler, it is probably best suited for k-skew intel CPU’s that are pushing a high frequency overclock or the 6 core and 8 core offerings from the Ryzen lineup. That being said, I am happy with this purchase even if it was a bit overkill, and I would highly recommend this cooler to anyone interested!

This is by far the best air cooler I've used. I've been using the infamous CM Evo and that cooler works well. But after reading reviews and watching YouTube videos, I decided to give this cooler a try. I bought it at $46.99 and this ranks at a mid price cpu cooler. It's a great investment, knowing that this cooler performed so well for it's price. Now I know why this is called the Evo Killer, cuz it beats that cooler by several degrees and doing so with a fan that works quietly. In the box it comes with the mounts for both AMD and Intel. I used it on a pc build that has an AM3+ socket with an FX8350 cpu. The installation was simple and there's even a YouTube video from the company showing how to install it.Just simply remove the stock motherboard mount and replace it with the included mount. Total install time for me is about 20mins, to include cleaning and prepping the cpu and heatsink surface. It comes with their own thermal paste but I used the Artic MX-4 because I've been using that product for a while now and it performed very well.Performance results:Case: Cooler Master 912 HAF1 120mm in the front1 120mm fan in the side air duct1 120mm exhaust fan.Room temperature is at 70f or 21c.Gaming temperature:Playing BF4, BF1, Crysis 3, Witcher 3. = temperature is around 54c or 129f max.Stress Test using CPUZ with all cores at 100% = temperature is around 66c or 159f max. This temperature result is about 5-7c lower than the CM Evo.The size of the cooler is big and that's how it's able to cool so well. My case (CM 912 HAF) is about 9in wide and this fits with few inches to spare. You can check the company website to find out if their cooler can fit in your case. Be sure your case is wide enough to accommodate this cooler. I used all memory ram slots and I have to adjust the 140mm fan to allow space for the first ram module. (see pic).So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase and I highly recommend this cooler to other users out there who want a silent cooler and those who wants to overclock their processor.

First Impressions: Ordered it Monday and received it Thursday. Packaging and Contents inside were legit premium quality. Rating: 5/5Installation: Pretty Easy IF (big if) you install the Cryorig cooler outside of the case. I installed my Cryorig H5 inside a corsair 400R mid-tower on a P8Z77-V motherboard. It was rather difficult with low light conditions, and it's necessary to detach a lot of cables and connectors, along with the graphics card, in order to see if they screws could align with the designated holes of the mounting system. May have to use the flashlight of your cell phone. I do think it's important to see the screws if they go in the holes as you screw them, rather than blindly screw them and realize they never went in the first place. Rating 4.5/5 (not that easy the first time for noobs like me, but easy if you're an expert with experience)Performance: Very strong with standard clock speeds; allowed me to overclock my i5-3570k :) Quiet, durable, cool temperatures! Rating 5/5Lasting Impressions or Final Remarks: I recommend 5/5. Like I said before, Installation is possibly a hot mess if your internal components, like cables or connectors, are blocking your way, and to top it off, the H5 ultimate is pretty big. However, once that's done, it's quite the accomplishment to integrate it into your system for a peace of mind. Well-done cryorig. Keep up the quality products! My internal specs: i5-3570k, 2x 4gb Corsair Vengeance memory in A2:B2 config, Asus P8Z77-V motherboard, FirePower Silencer Mk III 600W power supply, Corsair 400R case, MSI R9 270 2G graphics card.------Edit: 7/20/16ordered an XT140 slim fan for push/pull. can see temperature drops at load (100% via prime95) by 3-4C, which makes it arguably comparable to the R1 for $90 (versus the H5 + XT140mm fan both for $65)...

Just puts all the AIOs in shame.Alright, lets start...Temperatures? I own a 7700k and while gaming, doesn’t go past 55 C. As for an idle state, 30 C.Noise...well what noise? At Idle, seriously can’t even hear it. During gaming, you will hear it but trust me, it’s barely noticeable unless you’re trying to hear.Size, well it is a very large cooler compared to others but I had no problem fitting it. No ram clearance issues whatsoever.Mounting and looks: I mounted this this literally without even looking up a video or reading anything. Just way too simple. In terms of appearance, It looks very nice to look at! Especially if you change the fan a slap on a led fan.

This cooler is great. It is very big, as it does have a TDP of 140w. It runs very quiet, keeping my 4790k at 4.2Ghz at around 38c on idle and 56c on full load, this being between 800-950rpm on the fan. I had some RAM clearance issues, but that was because of my very tall heat spreaders on the Corsair Vengeance series.Overall, installation was a breeze. One thing with this is to make sure that the installation bracket is facing in the correct orientation, as only one side allows for the screws to thread through. It should fit in most cases and on most motherboards. It is a great cooler, as pretty much all are are from Cryorig.

My only complaint is that it covers my left most ram slot, but that’s fine, totally worth it.The cooling power of this component is insane, just be careful and make sure you remove the film on the bottom and wash off the left over adhesive with isopropyl alcohol. In terms of performance I have a Ryzen 5 1600 and the wraith spire wasn’t preforming very well, so I got this as a replacement and it allows me to only have 2 case fans in my system and not over heat. Over all I would give this 10/5 if I could.

Very good dissipador.Pros:Very good temperatures to be an i7 7700k and in a very hot area.Very quiet, even increasing fan speed to 40%, 60%, 80% ...Aesthetically very pleasing to the eye with some quality finishes. Its size is not exaggerated like other dissipators (Noctuad dh15) among others ..Cons:Just a complaint, it is somewhat complicated to attach the heatsink to the motherboard, but with patience and care can be done, I recommend doing it with the motherboard not yet installed in the case.

This things enormous, lasts forever with daily use, and will keep even highly overclocked CPU's cold. I run my I5 7600 far above the clock speed it should be operating at and the CPU won't pass 46C (115F). at sustained 100% CPU usage. It's been three years and it still works just fine. Good luck fitting it into your PC though, you'll need it. It's so large it blocks two of my motherboard's four ram slots. I wonder how they got it so quiet..

Much better than my hyper 212 evo i replaced. The H5 Ultimate dropped my temps down by 6-10c under load. The max temp I've gotten with the H5 is 68c. Before it was 75c with the 212 evo. The best part is that you can barely hear the H5 at max fan speed whereas the evo 212 sounded like a jet about to take off! For under $50 I would highly recommend this cooler.

Great cooler and super affordable. It comes with support for many motherboards it's performance is phenomenal and it's pretty quiet unless you're super super picky. One thing I can say is be careful, this doesn't come with an AM4 bracket. They will give it to you for free with proof of purchase on am4s and the cooler itself.

I replaced the stock fan on this with a Silverstone FHP-141 and was able to mount everything with zip ties. The cooler will just barely fit in my Fractal Design Nano S with G Skill DDR4 with the heatsink removed entirely. Likely would not fit with low-profile RAM like the Corsair Vengeance LPS series.

7.3.2017

Fantastic cooler. Temps dropped 10C over the noise POS stock cooler that came with my i5, it looks great if you care about that sort of thing, and it's quiet as a whisper. It's big, though, so make sure you either have the nearest RAM slot empty or low-profile RAM.

This is an absolute beast of a cooling tower! It’s sitting on my i7-7700k and keeping it nice and cool. It’s so quiet - barely makes any noise, really impressive! No clearance issue with memory etc.Just make sure it will fit before you buy - it’s very large!

17.5.2017

Absolutely amazing, best cooler hands down, had a v8 had a 240mm rad nothing beats this. Its ultra quiet and cools like a champ, 28c idle 65c 100% load but thats on a 4.4ghz overclocked 4690k. Looks really good. Could not recommend it more.

28.10.2016

Cooler comes with instructions and thermal paste which is a plus. Once installed it works great! Keeps my CPU nice and ventilated. Just make sure you check the space before you buy, it is a larger cooler.
