I am using it with a miniATX case over an A68HM Grenade motherboard. We are also using a NVidia Quadro Pro for graphics and this cooler is performing very well. However, the cooler frame was designed for a square shaped motherboard. Ours is rectangular, so you will have to attach the frame to the case and then mount the motherboard. You may have to use longer screws to secure the motherboard as it may be not balanced properly and straight. The frame come with 3 supporting bolts. In a rectangular motherboard you may be able to attach only 2 of them. Since the weightos also distributed over the hosepipes and the processor frame you won't notice the difference.
