I am running the H55 on an Intel i7 overclocked to 4400MHz and the CPU is running constantly at around 40 degrees when running high end CAD software, which I'm very happy with.The H55 kit looks good when fitted and doesn't take up too much space.Only draw back is the fan is fairly noisy, not too bad, but if you leave your PC on overnight you'll probably be able to hear it humming in the night. I did quite a bit of research before buying this kit, it's definitely worth the few more pound than the H45

Im using a amd 8 core fx 8350 it was running at temps of 36c no load and 61c with load on normal fan cooling . Replaced with corsair h55 easy bit of kit to install im no pc expert but only took me 15 minutes to do. With h55 installed my cpu temp is 11c no load and 24c with load. That's with games on ultra settings for test ambient temp 28c.Good product easy to install works great.

This cooled my overclocked 6600k @ 4.3GHz without any problems. Not loud and not a big enough dent in my pocket compared to other AIO CPU coolers on the market.
