So far after a couple of weeks use this SSD card works well. I have used this card after formatting in NTFS format to save videos that I have made in 4K high resolution and then connecting the card thru a USB to Sata3 cable to connect to a 4k Ultra HD Flat screen 65ins TV. As 4k video files are on the large size, this medium is great to save and playback on a large screen TV. Files saved in FAT format will not play back on a large screen TV.To fix the card to the back of a large TV just use some strips of Hook and Loop Velcro strips, this keeps it neat and invisible from the front of the TV.Make sure you do not block any air vents that are on the back of the TV.Just use the TV remote to switch

If you are installing a SSD in a computer the chances are that you are installing it in an older machine to give it a bit more life and boost the speed. The Crucial drive will do this for you. I don't know how long it will last in comparison to others available but the performance and price is good and competitive. Everything points to it satisfying requirements and lasting as long as necessary. I bought one which will not be more than 50% full so there is a lot of built in redundancy. I calculate thaat it will probably last 10 years in my equipment which I expect to replace within that time.

Create recovery disc from current pc (if you havnt got already)Install new drive instead od existing one. Boot computer with first(or onlyRecovery disc)wait for it to load windows(or other system)You will get a factory fresh install, a very quiet and cool running pc.Very low energy usage too. Very fast. Very pleased.Just make sure you get suficient capacity for operating system and needs.

Simple way to speed up an older computer. Just plug it in and sit back while the transfer program (link supplied) does its job.Simples!My read/write speeds improved more than 10xStart up is way faster.

I am impressed by the lightening fast speeds this Crucial SSD does. It is so much faster compared to my Western Digital hard disk drive!I am completely satisfied by this SSD.

This hard drive was simple to fit and install using the Cloning software available from Crucial. It has bought an old decaying laptop back to life.
