I have installed many a hard drive in different shapes sizes etc etc. This one I slipped into an adapter I got from China and used it as the primary drive in a multi boot 2008 Mac Pro. It works and feels stable. It loads disk intensive use programs faster than before (as it should) and the OS loads fairly quick but nothing exceptional. I have used it a month and so far so good. It was well packaged. At the time of buying it was good value for money as other brands/suppliers were offering similar for marginally more (£125). I've run SpeedTools Pro system utilities on it it and it passed all the tests without exception. I expect to get at least 5 years of stable use from it,

Have an old? Lenovo 570 which had a HDD and was getting a little slower and so decided to bite the bullet and take a chance with the Crucial SSD.Well, the transformation was unbelievable! It is now so fast it defies description and it worked 'straight out of the Tin' it was so easy to fit as well, so very glad that I changed Drives, and so much cheaper than investing in another machine.Did a lot of research and the Crucial came out tops for me. Am I glad I bought it ? You Betcha!
