Chances are if you are reading this review the first thing you want to know is ''does it taste nice'' and the answer to that is yes! However, it will depend on your tea preferences. If you've tried the green tea route and couldn't get past the dry and dusty taste but wish you could benefit from the health-boosting properties, then white tea may be the best option for you.• White tea Vs green tea •Both green tea and white tea come from the same plant (Camellia sinensis) however they are both not the same. White tea has more caffeine than green and black (about 1/3 less than standard Tetley) but more antioxidants than green tea. It has numerous benefits to the drinkers health such as helping to enhance weight loss, lower cholesterol and also boosts cardiovascular health among a few of the major benefits.• Taste •I like breakfast tea or tea's that taste like 'standard' tea. I've never been someone who enjoys herbal teas all that much (a few brands are the exception) or tea that is weak or dusty tasting. I went into this taste test presuming that this white tea would be weak and dusty so had minimal expectations. However, after boiling the kettle, popping in a tea bag and leaving for the standard amount of time (1-3 minutes) and adding a dash of milk, I tested the tea and it tasted not all that different from a mild breakfast tea. Unlike green tea, white is smoother and sweater naturally and had left me hooked! I've drunk this daily throughout 2016 and don't see me changing back to black standard tea anytime soon.• Why I drink white tea •Having been diagnosed with numerous allergies (black tea being one of them) and conditions I wanted to take action in repairing any damage done within my body and to improve my future health. White tea is known to give the drinker many benefits, some of those include:• Uses •Drink hot with or without milkUse in baking - tea icing, tea loves,Use in the bath to give your body a boostUse on your eyes to reduce puffy under eyes.Chill and add a dash of syrup or juice for iced teaSwap your standard tea for white tea when making boba teaBrew with your favourite herbal tea - fennel, peppermint and cinnamon mix well with white tea• Final opinions •I have no issues with the Clipper brand of white tea. The teabags are square, easy to brew and organic. The drink is enjoyable at all times of the day with or without, milk. And, knowing that I am doing more good by swapping out the supermarket brands of black tea, for this white tea while giving my body a health boost isn't too shabby either.Overall, I would recommend this to everyone. The new tea drinker to the more hardcore tea drinker (leave to steep for longer if you prefer a stronger brew). There are numerous ways in which you can enjoy white tea and I feel, the Clipper brand is the best by far. Giving the benefits and the taste of this tea in comparison to green I think I will stick with the white tea from here on out.

I stumbled upon White Tea a fair few years ago after reading about its extremely high anti-oxidant properties and after trying numerous brands the Clipper brand beat all others hands down. It has a wonderfully delicate quality that you usually only get with the loose leaf variety of the tea and it refreshes the mouth better than any other hot drink, especially needed in summer. There are more and more articles coming out extolling the virtues of White Tea and the importance of anti-oxidants in our diets, so it beats a carbonated drink on all fronts, healthwise.Friends have critised its delicate taste and if you are a die-hard 'builder's tea' drinker then no, White Tea will not suit your palate. It isn't flashy or strong and doesn't coat your teeth. But I find it does make an excellent after-dinner drink which aids with digestion and seems to help your body settle more quickly after eating. This is great last thing at night.

This is currently my favourite tea. I wanted an organic green or white tea because it's supposed to be high in antioxidants. I gave up black tea and wanted to find something I liked as much. I also gave up dairy so finding a good cuppa seemed unlikely. I team this tea with Oatly milk and although it's not the same as a normal cup of tea it's just as good. I am caffeine sensitive and I find a get quite a caffeine hit from this tea so I only drink it in the morning.

I love this White Tea and I have it on monthly re-order. It's just perfect. Great taste, good quality, very consistent, and pretty good value for money when you consider they're catering to a limited market.Highly recommended. If you already like white tea, give this brand a try. You might find it's your new favourite. If you've never tried white tea, why not try one box to see how you get on with it? It could be a pleasant surprise!

I gave up the usual teas quite some time ago,and drink mostly rooibos and green, and never having tried the white variety, decided to give it a chance.I like Clipper, and found this to be very good.I drink it in rotation with the others, and it's supposed to be a fat melter, too. If tea melts fat,as I read, with the amount I consume,I should be nothing but muscle.I'm not,so I must drink more!

I have been drinking clipper white tea for a while. When I gave up milk in my tea, I was drinking regular black tea which is ok but a little strong for my liking, so I tried these instead. White tea is now my every day tea. I do not add milk and it's not as strong as black tea.I buy them in bulk so I don't run out. I can fit 3 packs into a tall glass jar.

Our family favourite. We were looking for a tea that was high in anti-oxidants - and tried green tea initially but we didn't like the taste. Clippers white tea is just the ticket - it tastes fine and brews up nicely (be patient though, it takes longer than your normal black tea). The price is the best we've seen anywhere.

Not sure but I’m sure this tea seems stronger!I’ve drank white tea for quite a few years now and I prefer it as it is such a weak tea. So it may have changed as this is the first time I’ve purchased it from here. I normally buy it at supermarket. Has anybody else noticed this? I’ll try the supermarket again to see.

Absolutely love and adore white tea. The flavour is so delicate and kinda fruity. White tea has a lot of health benefits and I always notice my hair starts to look thicker after a few days of drinking this after stopping. I will never go back to any other variety of tea because white tea has it all.

I love this tea and have been using it for quite a few years now. I like green tea too and use both, though not at the same time! The white tea is not as bitter as the green and is every bit as good for you, if not more.I was delighted to find it online as I have trouble finding it in supermarkets.

delicious! Exquisite tea, good flavour, lovely package design, good quality. What I did not like was the fact that it was advertised as costing 5,99 and I was charged 7,50.This had never happended to me before on amazon but it was so for all 4 packs of 6 that I bought in that order. So, beware.

It’s a refreshing and light drink. You don’t need milk but can add a dash if you wish. Far less strong tasting than traditional breakfast cuppa, not recommended for people who like a builders brew. Great for a hydrating hit when you don’t want green tea but want something like a normal cuppa.

I normally have Green Tea but my sister offered me this instead. I always keep the tea bag in (personal preference) and this like Green Tea takes time to get used to. Once you have acquired the taste you will realise just how nice this is, I never have normal black tea or even coffee anymore.

It's delicious!I've only recently started trying "alternative" teas to the normal PG tips and the likeFirst I tried Clippers Green tea, not a bad tea by any means, but this is much better and supposedly healthier/better for you, than Green tea.Highly recommend it.

Not the best tasting tea, not the worse. Trying other white tea I come to understand they much taste like this. But hey, they say it suppose to be healthy, I guess that counts for something. Maybe I get used to it...I just wish they taste more like black tea :)
