Bought this after considerable research when replacing previous wok. Never seen a non-stick pan like this; ribbed surface rather than smooth. A good sturdy wok which I use on a gas hob. Important to follow the directions carefully with this item. So washed by hand before use, don't get handle wet and definitely don't put in dishwasher.After just a few uses, I noticed that the spices I use were 'sticking' and small bubbles appeared in the surface. I know that once a non-stick surface is compromised, definitely not good for health to continue using. So I contacted the company to ask if I'd done something wrong. They couldn't have been more helpful and asked me to send pictures to help diagnose the problem.

Great saucepan, use it for lots of things. The only thing I find is that the food does not cook eqally, some parts nearer the bottom cook better than the rest as there is such a small surface area. I've never cooked with a wok so this may be all woks rather than this one. For me personally, in futre I;ll be going for one with a larger srface area at the bottom

Very happy with this wok - have used it a number of times so far for stir fries and curries and it never disappoints! Feels solid and not flimsy so great for the price. Recommended.

This product was just as described, only used it once, but, it was ideal, and I have a lid from my old wok that fits this one perfectly.

Just love the feel of this wok. It's well put together, nicely balanced and cleans up brilliantly after use.

Good value Wok, heavy but not too heavy. Nice high sides and round bottom produce excellent stir fries.
