I bought this toy for a 15 years old girl with Down syndrome that was in intensive care and we thought to be dying. I heard the father saying that she loves Barney, but he could not find one on the shops. I found it on Amazon and bought praying that it will arrive on time.Barney arrived on time , the girl against all the odds has survived and is getting better, and barney has been singing to her delight his song for the girl ever since. Every time she cried in pain Barney was there and brought calm to her face; and now that she is slowly getting better barney is the first thing she wants to play as soon as she wakes up.

Brilliant for bedtime since the song Barney sings is 'I love you. You love me. We're a happy family....' Children recognise it from the television show 'Barney & Friends'. It is one that is sung slowly so makes a good lullaby. I expected more songs, though. This is the only one the toy sings. Great toy to take along on long journeys. It can easily become a comfort toy. The material is durable. The toy is soft and huggable. This product would have got a 5 star rating if there were more songs on it. Preferably some with a faster tune for daytime play.

Great touy, a little smaller than I thought. Be careful when giving it to child who is watching Barney, my niece actually got very scared of it because she thought we took it off the tv or something, so we had to play barney on youtube so she could see he is still there... After couple of days though she loves him.Why 4 stars? Barney doesnt sit! it might sound silly,but it is quite annoying when you trying to sit him down and he just keeps falling over.

My 1.5 year old daughter absolutely loves Barney and she loves this toy. Carries it around with her, hugs it and shows it to guests whenever they come like she's so proud of it.Yes the song can get a bit annoying but the joy in the little one's face is something that overcomes the annoyance of the song.Sometimes the stomach is a bit hard to press when the music box moves away inside Barney but that's a minor inconvenience.

There was a slight delay in receiving it though luckily still came in time and I was notified promptly about the delay, given updates and even the option to cancel if needed. The toy itself is cute and my 3 year old daughter got it from a mascot barney as a present - and needless to say she loves it!

I was looking for a Barney plush toy for my little girl as she loves watching Barney on TV. Hamley's in London (Regent street) told me that it's been discontinued but that I should try Amazon. I was relieved to see that it's still available on Amazon! She loves it!

This is a great toy for small barney fans. They can hug him and hear their favourite I love you song. My little one loves hers and at least three of her friends of the same age got one for christmas too and they all give him five stars too.

i bought this toy for my nephew he loved it!!!its really cute and the size is just perfect.after three days though the song drove us crazy but i guess its the same with all toys...the most important thing is he was really pleased...:)

As creepy as I find Barney personally, my children are great fans despite all my efforts to dissuade them. This went down very well with them and now I can experience the slightly off joy of the theme song whenever I want.

I have bought one of these for each of my six grand children over the past six years value for money hard wearing soft and clear song .. my five and six-year-old grandchildren now sing the song along with me

My baby loves it!! Loves cuddling with it too. The only thing I have to say is the volume is perhaps a little bit too loud, but nothing too serious. My daughter doesn't seem to mind at all!

Everybody in the family sings along with Barney, and at first our elder son of 6 wouldn't let his little sis take it with her for her nap, as he wanted it for some hug-time for himself!

Works great.The only thing is the button that u press to get it to sing is below the I LOVE YOU stitching so it confuses my baby brother on where to press...besides that all is well.

Barney was just the right size for my 20month old grand daughter to hold and easy to press the heart! She loved hearing it say'I Love You' and repeated it too!! Perfect

I used to have a Barney when I was a child and my little neice loved the song so I was looking for an identical toy that would sing to her, this was perfect!!!!
