Prompt response when product was despatched and tracking reference was provided. However, due to Covid the BT personnel informed us that they were unable to enable us to track the parcel. Fortunately, the parcel arrived within the expected receipt date and I was able to thank the company for their prompt despatch. Parcel was well wrapped and the product itself was a very reasonable purchase.

I’m so, so pleased with this purchase. I’m an older woman and this is my all time favourite perfume ranking high over Obsession, Cinnabar, Mitsouko and Rive Gauche among others. But it’s also the most expensive. So to be able to find t0ml here for just over £50 felt like the bargain of a life time. It arrived in reasonable time, well packaged. I think I’ll be back for more!

As this is a gift the product has not yet been tested. The packaging does look entirely genuine. I had had a slight doubt about purchasing as Chanel does not normally permit discounting. I am now entirely confident. Service was good and package arrived much quicker (over two weeks quicker) than predicted by the seller once the order was placed.

I found this ever so slightly cheaper elsewhere but it wasn’t much and I now cannot remember where. Having said that, I was pleased with the price I paid and I think it was free delivery too. The perfume is not a fake either I’m pretty sure in saying having done the recommended checks. So great!

My wife was extremely happy to receive her Chanel n0 5 perfume. The service and communication was outstanding. I had left it a little late for Christmas, but Onbuy organised it so it arrived ahead of schedule which made for a very happy Christmas. Thank you, will recommend to others.

Bought this as a present for my other half, she absolutely loves it! Quite a subtle perfume with a floral undertone but nonetheless powerful, I still smell it on her hours after first applied. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exclusive scent

My wife’s favourite perfume bought on line and delivered on time as Christmas gift. Reasonable price and well packaged. Also bought the Chanel body cream separately which surprised her and which she had never used before. Happy Christmas all round!

A classic product with an amazing price to boot. It smells beautiful and lasts all day, I can still smell it subtlety around my house days after it's been sprayed. My mum loves it and everyone in the house does as well! You can't beat Chanel

It's a classic perfume and smells amazing. It works particularly well as an apology gift. Not an 'I'm sorry, I've been cheating on you' gift (I think you would need to spend more for that), but for most other situations!

This is a classic perfume which continues to delight. This size is perfect for when you're not feeling cash rich. I find the eau do parfum lasts longer on the skin and in the bottle than the eau de toilette.
