It does what it's required to do - and even has a gimmick to extend the ancilliary boredom residing within the average user's mindset; a procedure to define the exchange rate of a given currency (default description is the euro) so that you can convert local currency amounts to your required currency; a useful function if you deal with multiple currencies on a regular basis. I have mine set to a default for the GBP:USD rate.The solar powered option will outlast any battery replacement options that would otherwise be needed, although I have yet to locate the additional power source as suggested by its detail; its embossed description states having two way power.

They have changed the button layout a bit, but it has the same name/number!. Rather annoying if you swap between calculators & desks (I do). Other than that a good calculator at a good price. The SSolar Powering works OK in a room with "Energy Saver" light bulbs.

This is a very reasonably priced item, which does basic sums while I sit at the computer. It is easy to use and serves perfectly for work here, without having to go and find the other one.

Bought for a tax professional who really, really can't count, and after several years, this is still working well. Does everything you could ask, and does it well.

A simple calculator with large keys and display. It replaces a similar model that lasted for many years but the new one is better. A very satisfactory product.

This was bought as a gift, it was recommended by a friend, sounded very good.I think i would have chosen this one anyway as i liked the look of it.
