The installation of this printer was an extremely expensive and long process. It was advertised as Apple Mac compatible but the disc provided with the printer was not an up-to-date one and the help line when contacted sent me an incorrect update disc. I (not being very computer literate) had to call in my local computer engineer and after a lengthy phone call to the Kodak helpline (an 0845 number!) he eventually managed to install the printer on a USB connection and has yet to tackle the WiFi connection which is one of the reasons why I bought this particular model. I would suggest that if you do not have a wide knowledge of computers and printers that you steer clear of this model,

I WILL BUY THESE CARTRIDGES AGAIN BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO BUY THEM LOCALLY DUE TO THE AGE OF MY PRINTER.
