This is good enough to remind me of holidays in more blissful times. I'm no expert at all, but I find it smooth and fairly well textured, and it definitely has the required kick. The only thing it's lacking, as far as I can tell, is that pure flavour of fresh apple-skin that you get with really amazing Calvados. You can definitely taste the apple, though, and I'd order it again.

Bought this for my Brov's Christmas. As a nod towards my late Dads love of Calvados ... Tasted it and wish I had kept it and given him Scotch or said something was in the post... Dam it was good. You want to tell people to try it ... but I hate sharing it....))

If you've never tried Calvados - you don't know what you are missing (it's basically an apple brandy).on its own/mixed, straigh/long.I particularly enjoy a "Coffee and Calvados" at night.And there are some delicious cake recipes that I bake now and again.

Nicely presented my hubby loves brandy and hadn’t had this before so got it as part of special birthday present. Unfortunately not to his taste (still drank it) ) shame to waste it Haha Just not for him otherwise good buy.

Bought a litre for 25 quid in Schiphol Airport "duty free" yesterday, which is an even better bargain than I thought going by this price. Very nice Calvados, I'm pleased to say.

Tried it for the first time during Christmas holidays and loved it. Interesting flavor, easy to drink, clear head in the morning. Good product.

New to calvados never had it before and wished I've had it years ago rich smooth apple cidar taste lovely after dinner drink to. Recommended
