What a wonderful toy, we ordered from Amazon around 1 week before birthday for our now 4 year old. Rose cottage arrived in a reasonable sized box about 2 days later. We decided to go for the house since it looked attractive, had a good set of matching furniture and figures to play with from the start. Assembly looks tricky, but was actually very straight forward. The benefits are numerous, the girls loved playing with it from the start and the double doors at the front and roof that opens makes it easy for multiple children to play with it at once. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this as a good first time dolls house.

Rose Cottage is easy to put together and good quality. The screws used to put the main upright in are too short, they just kept turning, but no problem with slightly longer screws. Unfortunately my son had to take it apart to get it home but it went together just as easily the second time around.The most important thing is that my three granddaughters (1yr, 18 months and four years} thoroughly enjoyed playing with it.Overall excellent value with all the figures that are supplied with it.Delivery was excellent and it was packaged really well.

This is such a cute dolls house set for the price! Its all wood. It comes with all the furniture and a set of dolls, too. My only complaint after having this set for 4 years is that the dolls and furniture have not stayed together well. The dolls have come apart after use, and the furniture has come apart or has broken :( My girls have enjoyed using the house and furniture for use with Lego or chelsey barbies, though.

I think this dolls house was extremely good value for money and easy to construct. My granddaughter loves it and is spending happy hours playing with it. She has named the dolls included and is asking for more relatives to join "the family".By comparison with other comparable dolls houses I have seen in various shops it was great value for money. It is sturdy and well made overall we are all happy with the product.

What Ho Chaps and Chapesses!Purchased this for my Granddaughter and very pleased with the quality and the quantity (never mind the width) Great value. The wooden furniture and figures included with the house are first-rate and great quality. The item is flat-packed and quite simple to put together. You may need a few small extra screws but this does not detract from a great product.

I'm so pleased with this, I bought it for my grand daughters 3rd birthday. After looking around for a while, this dolls house 'jumped out at me' .. I love it, I know it will last her years and years, many, many hours of enjoyment, And an added bonus you can add to it.. That's good to know for all the birthdays and Christmases to come. It's perfect !!

Bought this dolls house for my daughter as a christmas present, have just put it together, I'm really impressed. Delivery was prompt, and the house was easy to assemble, top quality, comes with a family and funiture which is a added bonus - making it great value for money. I think my 3yr old will be delighted on xmas morning.

Purchased this for Christmas for my granddaughter, when it arrived half the furniture was missing but this was replaced without quibbling and sent quickly so Santa was happy.A beautiful dolls house worth every penny, as it is made to last and little ones get endless fun out of it. So pretty as well, my little one loves it.

I have bought this as a Christmas present as I was very impressed with the quality of the same house bought by my daughter in law for my Granddaughter's birthday. It is lovely, very robust, well made and there are lots of figures and pieces of furniture so no extra outlay initially for accessories.

Bought this for my granddaughter (3 at the time). She absolutely loves it and it has become a regular play thing, taking pride of place in her bedroom. Not cheap, but I think it is sturdy enough to last many years. Nicely made, pretty and fairly easy to put together. A very good buy.
