I have just had an induction hob and my ceramic wok would not work on it. I was delighted to find this one that is ceramic so never sticks, browns food beautifully and has two handles which are helpful because my muscles are weak. I chose the white one because it looks so stylish against my black polished granite surfaces. It goes from hob to oven.My worry was that when I cooked a curry it would discolour. It has not; just a quick swish of soapy water with an e cloth and its perfect again.The only cons are, firstly, the cost (but it has a long guarantee) and, secondly, I keep forgetting that the handles get hot. Now looking for those casserole pan oven gloves.
