Old PSU died so I thought I'd try be quiet, never used them before but with limited selections available I had little choice.Received the product in good condition and on time despite the current global situation but upon unboxing I noticed that it was shipped with a 2 prong plug and not the 3 prong standard UK plug, luckily I have one available from my previous PSU, I just had to make sure I had the correct fuse (3amp) for the cable, the install wasn't overly complicated, I had to remove my old cables as the input for the module was different than my previous corsair PSU which was expected.The only other issue was the power cable for the motherboard, which came loose during install,

Everything about this unit shouts quality. It's all just perfect - from the packaging, to the cabling - and of course the box-of-tricks itself. The unit was purchased to replace an almost identical one that did excellent service 24 hours a day for nearly eight years. The socket arrangement on the new PSU is slightly different, but I was advised to replace all the cables anyway. Threading them through the confines of the case while being careful not to damage anything was the only slightly tricky part of the job. My PC is now back in action and is still quieter than a mouse! A really great piece of kit.

I needed to replace an old XFX XTR power supply that was quite noisy under load. I had read good things about Be quiet! as a company and they share my goals, as in I like my PC to be as silent as possible hence the Noctua CPU cooler and fans inside a Nanoxia Deep Silence case.It turned out to be the perfect PS - designed in Germany and just faultless in execution from packaging to PS finish all beautifully done. The braided cables were top quality too.And the best thing is that I can't even hear that my PC is on now - pure bliss.

Does what it says on the tin - build in cooling and runs silent as well. Modular cables all included as new make cable management an absolute breeze.5 stars for the seller too - immediately replied to my email when the unit was dispatched behind schedule (although it arrived ahead of time so no issues there). Arrived via tracked UPS delivery.Weirdly it came with both a US and a UK power cable, but that’s not really a complaint, just an observation.Would buy from this seller again.

Replaced a 10 year old 850W PSU with this when I started having random restarts/crashes to desktop after upgrading to an RTX2070 Super.Absolutely no issues since then. As an added bonus, the coil whine from the GFX card when under load has also disappeared since installing this PSU.Only reason for the one missing star is that the unit I received from Amazon was obviously a return (security seal was missing) but charged at full price.

I just moved to this from a Corsair CX500 as I wanted a modular unit rather than non-modular to tidy up the wiring. Also the power lead on the Corsair kept falling out which was very frustrating. The be quiet! Straight Power 11 550W is exactly what I needed and is also incredibly quiet compared to the Corsair. I found it quiet easy to fit and so far it has been reliable.

I have tried a few PSUs since I really wanted to build a silent PC. I tried others that I had to send back, but this is by far the best. Makes no noise whatsoever as far as I can tell, during both regular use and gaming. I also ended up buying "be quiet" fans, they are also very good.

Brilliant. Very quiet and just the correct size to fit in the case I required. Not over heating either. The modular connections are better as you can use what is required. The connections are a good length also. Great all round power unit.

Excellent Quality and very quiet, BUT arrived with a Euro plug. had to get my own UK plug.
