The laptop is very nice! Well made, very unique keyboard layout, and performance is awesome.Negative points:-Fan is very load when playing games... very loud...-It gets very hot quickly.My biggest issue is that the unit was provided with 16GB RAM and not 32GB as stated! And reading further about this laptop online it seems that it can only be upgraded to 24GB! Very annoying
