I love this 'machine'. It makes a great cup of coffee and has the benefit of making the brew to your taste. I myself enjoy a strong, black coffee and this does the job perfectly. The way the machine brews allows for a nice bitter aroma to take shape and it cleans with a rinse.I tend to use the 'upside down' method for my brews, which I believe makes a superior cup of coffee (there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube, but it is very straight forward!).No batteries, no mess, no fuss.

I am a real coffee snob and only drink coffee from the UK’s largest coffee brand. Subsequently I could only just about afford one coffee per day which was still rather expensive at £2.50 per cup of Americano. But since I’ve had the Aero press and with my favourite brand beans I’ve saved a bundle. Having tried many coffee machines over the years I can, hand on heart, say this machine have been a revelation to me. So easy to use and clean and a real find at the price.

There is tons of different ways to use it and make the perfect coffee for you. Word of advice: this is a treat for you - if you want to serve coffee for everyone just go for a french press. Unless you do not get easily tired, in which case you can impress them with your coffee making skills! Argos was also very helpful when the order was lost in the local Sainsbury's - it was obviously not Argos's fault but they were super helpful over the phone and we found it.

Bought this after rave reviews on coffee blogs. It really does make incredibly smooth and rich coffee, and it brews it very quickly. It is also very easy to clean compared to a cafetiere with no parts to unscrew. It is also fully plastic so won't shatter if you drop it. It is worth exploring online as there are a number of different techniques you can use to make coffee with it, although the manufacturer's instructions are a great start.

If you haven’t been able to drink all day and night 1 after another all the time and wonder why it’s cause you feel sick then this will take that away and provide you again and again and again. Coffee is great as being sick is a great way to challenge your interests or cleanse your self? Any way you won’t get that with this.Have fun I gave it 10 out of 10 no other maker provides it this way I know I’ve tried a few. All the best now.

Really pleased with this. It is worth doing a bit of research as to the various ways to brew your coffee and experiment to get results to suit your taste - and bear in mind you will NOT get genuine ‘espresso’ with crema - it is more a quick, one cup filter coffee maker - but by far the best, fastest and simplest and is very easy to clean - and an incredibly good price. I really cannot recommend this highly enough. Very happy.

If you even know about this...just buy it.Ive been buying coffee out for years as I could never replicate the same style through french press, nespresso / pod coffee etc...THIS aeropress is a simple device but works wonders.Basically a big syringe, forcing water / coffee through fine paper filters using pressure. Kind of half French press style, half espresso style.Really really good.

I’ve really enjoyed using my Aeropress over the last few weeks. It is simple and efficient to use and produces an excellent cup of coffee each time. The product is amazingly simple in design which means cleaning couldn’t be easier and getting all the coffee grounds out and into a bin is as simple as removing the cap and pushing the plunger - pop. Done. Very happy with my purchase

I saw people at work use them and I was sceptical. I am a complete convert. I love this. Watch YouTube for the process on making a coffee but it really is simple. Highlights for me are :1) Excellent coffee from ground coffee2) Portable, I use it at work and at home and I can see it going camping too.3) Clean, the grinds just push out into the bin. No mess, no fuss.

I know that Argos are not responsible for making this item, but to get it to me next day so that I can enjoy amazing coffee was. And they did amazing coffee it does produce.It's a fantastic coffee machine, super simple to use. You can even use this with loose leaf tea too! (yes tea from a coffee press... it's great).Thanks Argos (and Aerobie too)

Very simple to use and clean but most importantly it makes the best coffee ever. So much better than the cafetiere I used to use all the time and brake all the time too. The filter is a bonus which makes coffee smooth and taste a lot better than cafetiere coffee. Highly recommended to all coffee lovers.

I was tired of trying to work magic with my french press. Ordered an Aeropress and realised that I shouldn't have wasted time not owning one. Amazing coffee, easy to clean and able to make all the variations of caffeine fueled drinks that my little heard could desire. Buy it now, you won't regret it!

The second Aeropress I've owned (gave the first one away as a gift). A fantastic bit of kit that makes great coffee with minimal effort. Great for travelling with as they're compact and you just need hot water (and coffee grounds) but use it at home as well. Hard to get better coffee for the price.

I bought this coffee maker for my husband and he loves it. Really easy to use, makes one cup of coffee at a time which is made within a few seconds.Really lightweight and perfect to use at home, take to work or even on holiday for fresh coffee every day. An amazing item to purchase.

Quite impressive. It sits over your mug - add your favourite ground coffee and hot water, stir, then use the air tight plunger to force the water through a paper filter. Good strong coffee and the air tight plunger means you only need to rinse the filter area. Perfect.
