I bought this SSD to try and speed up a 10 year old Windows 7 laptop. I had increased it's memory to the max 4gb but it was still a bit slow. Then installed the SSD and was pleasantly surprised just how much better it now is. It starts up in less than 10 seconds and my apps load almost instantly. It's also worth mentioning the ADATA control panel which you can download from the ADATA web site. It gives nice and clear status graphs on the different aspects of the SSD.... everything from operating temperature to remaining lifespan.

This 240 GB ssd drive is the equal of any similar priced drives on the market.When I tested it for read/write speeds it equalled my other ssd the crucial BX 500 240GB. Both gave me excellent startup times at least x3 speed when compared to my 500GB Seagate HDThe Toolbox Software for the Adata (download) is also very good at optimising the ssd for max performanceI fully endorse the ADATA SU650 240GB ssd

Good price and works ok but no obvious serial number so had problems getting Acronis software installed (failed!) so a star taken off for that. However, managed to set it up using free Easeus product instead.

Well this is a very good solid state drive and it is fast and not a sound from it I have it in a see through USB enclosure and it takes up not very much space will buy a bigger capacity one in the future.

Bought this SSD and now my 9 yrs old laptop is 10 times faster than it's EVER been. Unbelievable. Very easy to swap. High quality product. Doesn't make a sound and doesn't even get warm.

I was sceptic as company who makes them is unknown to me but it appears its really good value for money, and it is properly quick, if you upgrading from hdd its like night and day

Great HDD and very quick even compared to other SSD I have. I would recommend one of these as long as they stay competitively priced in relation to other drives.

Great easy to set up works a treat no problems so far the laptop i fitted it in works a lot better now and a lot faster startup would recommend

Easy to install. Fast drive. So far, trouble-free. Low cost upgrade. There are plenty of Youtube videos to help in setting up a SSD.

easy to format small size fitted my external caddy and nuc computer no problems, at this price point just very good value

The ssd is overall ok, but when it is under load the temperature rises to over 60° Celsius and idles at 49-52° Celsius.

It has given my DELL 1750 laptop a new lease of life; boots Win10 in 30 seconds - need I say more? No more defragging!
