Very, Very!! robust construction especially compared to similar intended products. Huge capacity obviously and I love how the cable is tired on the casing as it reduces loss of cable and leaving it attached could result in damage to the cable insertion point. I also keep mine in a hard case which allows we to be as clumsy and stupid as possible with it and still keep my data intact (just being me) the rubber surround also provides a good grip (because I am forever dropping hard drives that have a sleek shell) as someone who uses external HDD’s a hell of a lot it is very much a lifesaver as one stupid drop could result in the loss of hours of work so I don’t mind paying for a decent one and

It's a hard drive, works as soon as you plug it in. Durable, reliable, worth the money. Only downside to ordering from amazon these days is the couriers they use. I narrowly missed his initial knock at the door (being in the kitchen at the time), but was in time for him to put a note through the door saying that my parcel is with a neighbour. He was in the process of doing this to another neighbour of mine when I asked him to get it back for me, but he declined and sped off in his van. A little more patience would be appreciated here.

This is a high capacity external HDD which I use with my Laptop, which is very reasonably priced.It is fast and easy to use and I have been very pleased with it.I use it connected to the Laptop via a Powered USB 3 Hub.The only time it is a bit slower is when first reading compressed money files, but it is not too slow; and is to be expected.I am very happy with this purchase and can recommend it.

This made it all the way from London to Cape Town on an adventure motorcycle without issue.Used it to backup gopro and camera footage. As you can imagine, there is a lot of bumps and vibration on a trip of 12000 miles plus. This didnt miss a beat. plus it is very fast to upload and download from.

My last hard drive had a stapler dropped on it and I lost 5 years worth of data. This one is amazing and yes it has had stuff dropped on it and I have also knocked it off the desk but it is very durable. Well worth the pennies if you want to safeguard your work!!

This portable hard disk is just what you need to go around and not worry about your data. Good build all around and works on PC and Mac do no worry there also.

USB 3.1 was what I was looking for but this drive is great - super rugged, smart design with the attachable USB cable, no need for a case, excellent

Seems built well and has a huge capacity. Works fine. Only dooownside was ther customer service from the manufacturers was not good

these hard drives are great because they are durable and easily swapped between Mac and PC - this is my 8th one!
