Personally I feel the soap has much more authenticity and luxury. The colour is wrong for this, the blue looks runny toothpaste and the scent here a little too strong, too masculine, whereas the soap is very appealing to women as well as men. A thick creamy yellow would resemble the soap and not look like a nasty toothpaste, less strength on the perfume, it doesn't match the soap perfectly, BUT it was ok value and the foaming action is good.

I am from Germany but have lived in England now over 40 years. Back home i have always used 4711Products and was very dissapointed as i couldn't purchase the items in this country for a long time.But now i get everything here and the last item i could get now is the 4711Shower gel.So i am very happy to have found my fav Shower Gel on Amazon.

This is a very refreshing Shower Gel.One word of caution for users of other similar products . . . its nice and strong, so you don't need handfuls of the stuff to get a decent lather. The fragrance intensity is just about right (not overpowering but not too mild). Anyone looking for a nice distinctive shower gel . . . this is it !

I have always liked 4711 fragerence . I bought this to use with the aftershave. Brings back memories of continental holidays and the smells of French cigarettes and 4711Lasts ages as you don't need much .At the end of the day it is down to personal preference .Works for me .. I do like the retro fragerencesRecommended.

Well-packaged, amazingly quick delivery (I was expecting a fair few days, not 2!), and well-sealed. It smells as lovely as I remember and I think my partner will be very happy with it! Initially purchased the cologne and he really liked the clean and 'elegant' (I suppose) smell that 4711 leaves. Fab product, thanks!

The fragrance reminds me of soaps from my childhood; the kind you would find in the soap recess of your grandma's vitreous china sink. The scent isn't too floral but suggests you will be sparkling clean and invigorated after you shower. It's radioactive blue colour shouldn't put you off! A really great body shampoo.

Bought along with other products from this range, which I'd used before. Lovely fragrance, different from the 'normal' stuff trotted-out by the perfume houses for far larger price tags. Lovely clean, refreshing bouquet and a lovely shower gel. Highly recommended.

I love the smell of 4711 products from their Cologne's to aftershaves and this shower gel just adds to the love for their products. It's got the great fragrant smell of 4711 and just makes the entire showering experience feel great. I'd highly recommend it.

This product is amazing knowing the heritage of 4711. I bought this to lift my mood during lockdown and it certainly did and perfumed my whole bathroom. Excellent value for money use a drop with an exfoliating sponge and wow !!! Fully recommended

4711 kept cropping up in books and articles on my phone during lockdown so I decided to buy a few of their products.This is beautiful. Lathers well, scent lasts long enough and gives you a nice clean feeling.A bigger bottle would be nice though

Great stuff, arrived next day! Classic whiff that's better than most. So good I've bought the cologne and spray too. Reasonably priced. Blows lynx and all the others into touch. Go try...you won't be disappointed. :-)

Blast from the past with this scent. I find it really refreshing and it lingers throughout the day. Hand wipes are available in the same scent which I also use regularly. Delighted to be able to get this on Amazon.

I am a great fan of 4711 and the shower gel is wonderful. I never travel without it in my wash bag. It is zingy, fresh and the smell is pure 4711. If you are a fan of the fragrance, - you will not be disappointed.

This smells very strongly of 4711 cologne, as you'd hope. I only need about a teaspoonful per wash to end up with a lovely refreshing smell all over. This makes it better value for money than it seems.

This is a gorgeous product which has proved almost impossible to by in the shops. I got it for Mum at Christmas and she just loved it.Together with excellent service it does not get better than this.
