Already had the pepper grinder version of this for best part of half a year, no issues. This one barely 3 months, and when turning the handle to remove it to fill its has snapped in two of the three lock areas. Identical breaks in the plastic, same size and everything which strongly suggest a manufacturing flaw. You can tell it hasn't been dropped etc.

I tried to change the battery and inside mechanism dis integrated. Very surprised with WMF quality? and I have not been able to contact Amazon very disappointed.
