If you're new to baking and would like to buy your first spring form pan, GET THIS. Firstly, it's non-stick and really, it's hard to stick because the base is not entirely flat. Secondly, it's heart-shaped! To my knowledge, heart-shaped pans are usually a little more pricier than typical round or square shaped pans. Spring forms are great for usual cakes, especially cheesecakes and perhaps pies

I bought this pan to make a cake and it worked excellently. I first made a New York style cheesecake with a vanilla wafer crust, which a clear liquid (probably fat) leaked out, but I had placed it on a pan anyways. I then cooked two red velvet cakes in it and it didn't leak at all. They turned out beautiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this for any special occasion!

I make cheesecakes from home to sell and this has expanded my business in a huge way! Valentines and anniversaries are now easy to promote. The shape comes out beautifully and it is a very useful pan. It does seem a little smaller then other 9" pans, so the cakes come out taller than you may expect, but this isn't a problem is the recipe asks for a 9" pan.

This pan is adorable. I didn't have too many issues with this pan. The hinge release on it isn't the best though. I only got a few uses out of this before the hinge bent outwards and would no longer close tightly. I probably still could've used it but decided to get a new one. I do recommend this based on how lovely the cake comes out when using this pan.

LOVE this pan! I was a little leery at first, worried that when I took the cake out of the pan it wouldn't hold its shape - I was wrong! It stayed perfectly heart-shaped, came out clean and makes a wonderful presentation! Once again, Wilton hit it on the nose! Great product, I'll never buy a pan from any other company!

I hate cheesecake, but I make a mean one. I am constantly being asked to make my cheesecake and I wanted to do a little something special, so I bought this pan and decided to use it for Valentines day. It was a hit, I did a traditional NY cheesecake with a strawberry topping and it looked amazing!

I've used this pan several times since I bought it and its been great. So leaks or problems with the latch, like others have reviewed. I've used it for chocolate mousse and cheesecakes. No problems with sticking on sides. Cakes came out very presentable. I would recommend it.

This is a well-made pan. Very sturdy, the seals are tight, cake removes easily. I do a lot of baking and I love making cheesecake. I have use this pan for brownies, cheesecake, angel food cake, and regular cakes. I highly recommend this pan well worth the money.

I have used this pan many times for both cheesecakes and other cakes, and have never been disappointed. No trouble with leaking, rusting, or loose hinges. Cakes have always come out perfectly, and look just adorable. Perfect for Valentine's Day baking!

Made a couple cakes already in this. Turned out great. Nice deep sides, no sticking (but I still buttered and floured the pan) and cleaned up a treat. A good buy given how often I bake, and my five year old loves the heart shape.

This is a great product. It is leak proof and super easy to clean. If you are looking to add variety and something special to your kitchen for baking this is a must. It's fun and simple and that is the whole joy.

Best heart mold, I do line it with parchment paper and use a container under it to bake because since It’s cheesecake the butter(oil) once is super hot it drips a tiny bit and I don’t want to mess up my oven.

I used this pan to make a cheesecake. While I love the pan, it didn't cook the cheesecake as evenly as a round pan does. I'll try again at a later date. If the first time was a fluke, I will update my review.

I ordered this pan as a novelty for Valentine’s Day.Made 2 heavy cheesecakes with no leakage.I was so thrilled with how well it was madeAnd how beautiful my cakes turned outThat I ordered another one !!

I made 2 cakes with it to surprise my wife for our wedding anniversary and they turned out wonderful. Now, I’m no baker, nor cook, but the end results made me look like a chef. They clean up great also.
