Most of the reviews on here explicitly state that children enjoyed this item. I feel that by only having such reviews online, we are reinforcing the catastrophically misguided notion that soft toys are an acceptable possession only for those below the age of 12, and thus I feel compelled to dispel this dangerous myth.As a university student, the perils and traumas of privileged loan-funded Western education are well-known to me. I have struggled through years of occasional early mornings and patchy attendance. It hasn't always been easy. Without the Wild Republic Floppies 76cm Tiger, I don't know where I'd be. He has been my rock for two years now.In times of stress or anguish or mild tiredness I have retired to my chambers to delight in his soft embrace, the soothing sensation of his pristine coat lulling me into a state of deep relaxation and occasional naps. Many times, I have made it through a long and difficult day solely through knowing that he would be eagerly awaiting my return home, and the cuddles that would inevitably follow it. He is my nighttime companion. Together we battle the forces of tiredness and discomfort, which on a daily basis threaten to overwhelm our fragile existence; with him at my side, each night becomes a safe haven, free from the poisonous embrace of fear, stress, and loneliness.He is fantastic with people, especially house guests. Tame and affectionate, he is content to offer hugs and cuddles to males and females alike, and has been known to voluntarily seek out those in need in order to provide hugs and love.As with all animals, it must be remembered that he will never be completely tame. The occasional traitorous tendency does little to blot his copybook, however; his clandestine consumption of a Lion bar in September remains his most heinous crime thus far. Furthermore, as a plush toy he appears to be free of the larcenous proclivities of other felines.In summary, I would fully recommend this tiger to anyone, even those who seem sceptical of its merits. I have a friend who suffered that very affliction, and witnessed his conversion before my very eyes. During the two years I have spent with my tiger, I have learned much and more, and I feel that our journey of discovery together has taught me not only about the world, but also myself. Whilst I know that one day I will be forced to bid farewell to him, I will never forget the time we spent together, the things I have learned, or the fun we've had along the way

This plushie tiger is huge but at the same time just goes with the furniture. It doesn't take over your house basically!He is a very soft plush tiger, with hard eyes only, and a firm (but not hard) nose/ mouth area.I bought this for myself as I have a slight obsession with tigers, and it fits nicely on the 3/4 bed next to me. So doesn't get in the way at all. I think this plush tiger is great for little kids and big kids alike. The tiger also looks very cute and his charming facial expression, not just a 'blank' expression.I am not disappointed at all, he's lovely

We ordered this tiger nearly a year ago now, for our daughter's 4th birthday...'Big Tiger' has been sleeping next to her for nearly a year now, and she brings it down with her to have breakfast, uses him like a pillow when watching TV, and he still looks amazing!...Anyone seating next to this big fellow can't help but play with him!...it is a must for any kids...you won't get a better deal than this beautiful soft tiger!!!

Aaaahhh! What a lovely, cuddly tiger. My son (who is 8) was thrilled to bits with his new pet!! He has wanted a tiger for ages and this is just perfect. He's not too big, or too small and really squidgy and cuddly. He is one of the family and is even coming to Centreparcs with us this year! My son is now researching tigers, so it has been educational too.

I bought this for my daughter who has an obsession with tigers! She's two and is just about able to hold this monster off the ground, it's super soft and plus with loads of charm around it's cute face and not overly long tail. The paws have beans in them and are just the right size for strokes from my girl, I absolutely love it I want one for my bed!

Our kids love the Floppies - they are massive and really great great quality. Nice soft fur and well made - they even wash well which we discovered after an accident! They take pride of place at the end of the bed each night!

The most delightful snuggly tiger! My kitten isn't fond of him but he works as a substitute for my older cat who slept on the bed every night until she died, if he could only purr he'd be purrfect!

Just love it this is what my 6yr old grand daughter asked for Christmas wanting to cuddle up in bed with and arrived in good time package was good.... she will love it

The picture does not do it justice - this is a large plush toy... & comes in an even larger box! Thoroughly recommended, as soft, cuddly... & huge!!

Fabulous big, soft and cuddly tiger. Bought for a 9 year old who asked for a Hobbes (Calvin & Hobbes) for Christmas. She will be delighted.

This is a very soft, massive tiger - ideal for spoiling toddlers. It's larger than my 2-year old daughter though, so be warned it is big.

A very very cuddly and cute tiger. My daughter is thrilled to bits with it and insists on having it to cuddle in bed every night.

Really soft and cuddly. I would say this is safe for babies and small children although it will be bigger than them for a while.

I called this big cat stripy. he is well made he spends most of his time with my other toys. he is very realistic I love him.

Bought this for my 12 year old daughter as she is a HUGE fan of tigers. It's big and so cuddly, would definitely recommend.
