Bought this for my brother for Christmas last year - he's 21 and impossible to buy stuff for, but who can hate on an innocent cuddly octopus? Absolutely no one.I was really impressed with how well made it is for a reasonably inexpensive soft toy: the octopus is super soft and snuggly and suitable for children and grown-ups alike as the shiny glass eyes are securely...er, secured, and all eight legs are all nicely proportioned, a little bit squishy and turned up at the ends. The fur (can I call it fur?) is sleek and feels lovely to pet - the colours are pleasingly colour co-ordinated and after googling I can confirm that it is indeed accurate to a real octopus. It even comes with some octopus facts on a tag!

This is a fine-quality soft toy and I'm sure it would make a great gift for anyone interested in octopuses (or octopi or octopodes, depending on how you like to pluralise it). It's even a reasonably accurate representation of a real octopus as far as soft toys go. It puts the willies up me anyway.I bought it as my mascot for England during the last World Cup, which, combined with various mystic runes I fingered before each game, was meant to urge England on to win the World Cup. Needless to say it under-performed in that respect.But I can't fault the toy itself.

Who would have thought a little boy could be so thrilled with a cuddly Octopus, my Grandson was, this is really well made and in lovely soft fabric in a nice brown and cream fabric it is perfect. I will be buying more cuddlekins cuddly toys they make sharks, dinosaurs and all manor of other animals and sea creatures, simply wonderful.

My son, for an unknown reason, has fallen for octopuses (and sea turtles!). So much so that he seriously considered studying to be a marine biologist for a while. Thankfully that desire passed but not his fascination with the creatures themselves.This is one of his favourite plush octopuses and sits proudly at the foot of his bed.

Received next day, well packaged.*well made, excellent quality. Stitching is secure and excellent value for the price.* son was over the moon with his octopus and cost a fraction of any others I've seen.*also makes a great hat, according to my 5 year old.

Simple one line review above. I'd write a longer gushing review of it, praising it's excellent quality, materials and accurate details like the horizontal pupils of it's eyes, but honestly, all you need to know is that Wild Republic never ever disappoint.

I collect Octopus toys, and Wild Republic are my favourites. Looks exactly like the photo, nice quality, not a lot else to say really! Their 30cm Cuddlekins ones are more snuggly but if you're just looking for something smaller then this is a good choice.

Smaller than expected, but extremely cute and cuddly octopus. On my eight year old daughter's birthday my wife and I competed to see who would buy the most loved soft toy. This year I won. This Octopus beat a toy "grumpy cat" and toy spaniel with ease!

So cute. I bought this a gift for my octopus-obsessed boyfriend and it was so adorable that I wanted to keep it for myself. If you fancy yourself a Bond villain, this is also a good size to hold and stroke while creating evil plans. :-)

Bought for my 6yr old grandson who is mad about octopuses or Kraken as he calls them.This soft toy is a lovely colour & feels really good quality. It arrived in perfect condition & very quickly. I am more than impressed.

Very cute teddy. For some reason I was thinking it would be bigger. But still a good gift for my young nieces. If you get them for small children they are great. Bigger kids might want a bigger teddy

Fast delivery. And beautiful toy. Very well made, lively colours, very soft and cuddly. My 5 years old daughter loved it from first sight and gave her a name. So now we have a new family member.....

A great octopus toy. The fabric is short fur, with soft stuffing inside. The overall shape and eye patterns are realistic, rather than cartoonish. The stitching quality was also good. Recommended.

Lovely little toy, unfortunately my toddler is a little freaked out by it (even though he chose it himself). Not the toys fault, I think it's gorgeous and looks very realistic.

fab octo for pirate theme kiddies room my lad loves it as the rest of the stuff is just boats and pirates so we have added some sharks and octopi for the nautical theme
