Nice weight, look and feel to the pen and the box it comes in.Appears to be a quality pen and does not feel like a cheap writing instrument.However, it does not write as well as I would like it to. I have become frustrated on many occasions when the ink stops flowing mid-word for no apparent reason. It doesn't write as well as the cheaper Parker Frontier fountain pen I have. It's good when it's working...Update: having gone through a cartridge and a half and having changed the Waterman cartridge, I can say that the pen is writing much better now. This cartridge flows well and I am much more pleased with the pen. I have therefore updated my previous rating of 3 stars to 5.

We bought this for our daughter, who is just starting Uni and wanted a quality pen (like Dads). As a long standing Waterman user, I looked for a fountain pen that met her requirements, but was not too expensive as there is a high risk it will be lost or misplaced. This seems to fit the bill perfectly and we are happy with the purchase.

Bought this as a gift for a colleague. She utterly adored it and was really impressed that it wrote as soon as the ink cartridge was put into it. We all pitched in and as it was half price we were able to buy a really nice, good quality product at a reduced price.

Great price and beautifully presented - a really classy pen. It arrived very quickly. As it's a Christmas gift for my mum I'll have to find out how much she likes it and how well it writes but I was delighted with it

Writes really smoothly, looks smart, a bit unusual as you don't see white fountain pens too often - I would highly recommend.

Beautiful pen. Unusual to see it in white and is a lovely pen for a lady.
