So, this is the new version of the Toot Toot Drivers Garage - just as bright, colourful and loud as the previous version but quite a bit bigger. Still very popular with the children - 2 and 5 years old - and leaving the adults wishing that the quieter volume setting was much quieter than the loud (and not just slightly less loud, which is what it seems to be). If you've had Toot Toot toys before you know what to expect and it delivers, it's robust, stands up well to a lot of knocking about, the children actually play with it and don't seem to lose interest straight away. My son absolutely loves the Toot Toot sets.I could say it wouldn’t be going out on a limb to say he pretty much has every set.What I love about these sets is that they all connect and can become one giant set. This is what happens in my house.I have rechargeable battery packs all over my house as well because all of the cars combined take quite a bit and in the long run its cheaper then keep having to go out and buy new batteries.These sets are excellent quality. Sturdy and tough and they can take quite a manhandling from a toddler without being damaged.The colours of the sets are bright and stimulating on their brains.I think they are perfect for the recommended age range and maybe even a little above.

We have had all of the Toot Toot garages since the very first one was released and they are definitely getting better and better with each release.This garage has the usual bright vivid colours and lots of smart points to activate different reactions from your vehicles. The garage comes with one pick-up truck so your child can play straight away but you will need to buy more along with track if you wish to extend the set and link it to others. Along with ramps to drive down there is a barrier that can be lifted and lowered and even a lift at one side.As with the past garages there are the three usual light up buttons which can be pressed to light up and generate melodies.

If you are buying this as a gift, for Christmas or birthday, I HIGHLY recommend setting it up for the child the night before you give it to them! I’m so glad we did! This is not a quick put together item! I spent a good few hours clicking bits into place and sticking all the stickers carefully, you will need to follow the instructions but it all seemed straightforward once I had laid all of the bits out before building! It comes with the toot toot pick up truck and is compatible with all of the other vehicles. We also bought additional tracks to connect to it too which you can arrange in a variety of ways. We gave it to our boy for his second birthday and he loves it.

We bought this Garage for our Grandson as a Christmas present. It looks great when assembled and he loves playing with it. However we found that the 'Repair Centre and Spanner' was missing from the box. I emailed Vtech and their solution was for us to return the whole garage in its box, we would pay for the postage and they would send a new one postage paid. When I asked why they couldn't just send the missing part, they replied that they do not keep spare parts. They were adamant that this was the best they could do. Obviously there is no guarantee that another one would be any better.I cannot fault Amazon who would have replaced the item with free postage. As my daughter no longer has the box,

Bought this for my little girl who is almost 3 years. It came in many pieces and there were a lot of stickers to stick on. I found the instructions to be a little hard to follow, I would definitely advise opening this product away from the children and assembling before giving it to the children as mine got fed up of waiting. Once it’s assembled it is all in one piece so easy to carry to another room or upstairs.The product itself works really well, my little girl loves it. There are plenty of sounds etc to keep her amused and all the different workings work well. You can buy additional track to add it to other sets, we have done that with the toot toot construction set.Would definitely recommend this product,

Our son loves his toot toot toys; he had his first for Christmas just before his 1st birthday however didn't really play with it until he was 2 years old. All of the toot toot drivers toys can be connected together (although you'll need to buy a lot more track!) making a whole town.These are brightly coloured and suitable for both girls and boys; with this set you get a tow truck included.You can use them without the noise (thankfully!) on either the garage or the cars, although the interactive function won't work (on the "smart points").I must admit the best toot toot we have is the one with motorised vehicles (you can buy motorised vehicles separately)

I love vtech toot toot sets, they are well made with vibrant colours. 2 year old grandson laughed with excitement when he saw this and has played non stop for days now. He has quite a few of the tot toot vehicles and fetch them from all over his room to put in the garage, all the while chuckling away and smiling.Besides the colours that draw their attention the design and fun to play with draws them in too. My other grandson was the same, even now he has out grown them he still plays with his sets.The reason I find them good value is that even in rough play my grandson didnt break any of his vtech playsets, this is and others are not thin flimsy plastic and that for me gives this 5 stars.

Bought when on offer and it is really good value for what you get. It includes 1 car, but we’ve got several others which all make different noises when they park up in the fuel bay, car wash and lift. It’s a really good idea that my 20m old son and 4yr old daughter have both had loads of entertainment from. The only slight annoyance is that the two plant on bits (the helipad and orange service bay) come off really easily meaning my son is often asking to put them back on. It wouldn’t deter me from buying but it could just do with a bit sturdier click into position. It is plenty entertaining and can link up with other toot toot cars too.

This is an easy to assemble garage with 1 tow truck vehicle and flashing buttons. It looks cool and the experience for the kids is great however there is only 1 vehicle - would be nice if there were two - doesn't have to be as fancy as the one provided which has many different sounds and features.Also, there is an additional orange piece which sits off the side which always seems to be forgotten about and seems like a waste.Also - realistically, how does a car get to the 'garage' when it sits isolated on a platform, we're asking kids to 'fly' their cars to the garage, which seems wrong.

Bought for my 2 year old's christmas present as he is obsessed with vehicles.It's a sizeable set so be prepared...Generally think it's a great set with fun little details and obviously, the key bit, connects up with his other toot toot sets.It makes sounds, vehicles can zoom around it and he gets a lot of enjoyment out of it.Assembly is about normal for these sets but not necessarily a 1min job... a stressful period where he wanted to play with it and I was trying to assembly it... but nothing to particularly worry about.Overally pleased with the purchase

Brilliant toy, my 20 month year old Son loves it. Unfortunately it had 2 parts missing which were not able to be sent out so had to return the whole toy (as it didn't directly come from Amazon). Michelle from Amazon was ever so helpful and helped me with the return process and also gave an Amazon promotion to use with money off. I received the replacement within 3 days and all the parts were there. Really grateful to this being resolved easily and quickly, at the end of the day these things happen so its good when you receive excellent customer service.

Bought this for my daughter (18 months) to add a bit of variety in her toys. I’m glad I did because the minute she saw it she wanted to play with it and is having fun working out what does what. It took me ages to put all the stickers on the pieces, and then to assemble it all. Had to do it while she had her nap otherwise it would have ended in tears lol! There is only 1 vehicle which is a little bit stingy - if you were buying it for siblings then only one of them would be able to play..(?) Very happy with this - colourful and fun.

Bought this for 1 year old birthday present. Only giving it 4 stars as it was so hard to assemble. The instructions were poor and the pictures were blurred and too small. The colours of the pieces in the box didn't all match those on the front. Glad we were there when he opened it as we then had to take it all away and spend ages building it. Once it was put together he was mildly interested in the garage but enjoyed the truck. His older cousin age 4 was well into it, so I guess it will last a good few years.

This looks great! We bought it for my one and a half year old son for Christmas and he was over the moon when he saw it. He is obsessed with cars. The trouble is that instead of playing with it he wants to sit and stand on it so I’ve put it away for a few months till he’s a little bit older.The car that comes with it is good and sings songs, there’s lots to do with this set.Also I put it together and really enjoyed it, but then I enjoy assembling furniture and everything else so perhaps I’m one of few..
