Although it is recommended for 18 months plus, I bought this TT Phone for my one year old grandson's upcoming visit as he loves pressing buttons and "speaking" into to the TV remote control. I have high hopes that it will be a hit. It is a nice, simple little toy (and not too annoyingly loud!). When my order arrived I opened the package and thought I had been sent a second-hand model. Closer inspection revealed that the bubble packaging was burst open and the backing cardboard shredded. It looked like it had been used as a football! Thankfully the TT Phone was still intact. My guess is, if it survived such a bad journey then it will survive a 1 year old. P.S.For anyone who's phone stops working - be sure to replace the "demo" batteries before giving it to the child!

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas, nowhere does it say that the lady would have a strong yorkshire accent. His mum is from yorkshire, so it's a little funny but annoying. Also, the buttons each only have one function as well as the theme tune, and it implies the child can talk to them and they talk back, not really the case. Maybe I misunderstood the description I don't know.Apart from the fact the buttons don't really do much, he absolutely LOVES dancing along to the theme tune!

Was bought for a two year who's just discovered teletubbies. I think its a little bit pricey for what it does, you simply press one button and each teletubbie pops up one by one. The screen is mirrored which is a good little novelty for little ones as they love looking at each other..if you forget to switch the switch off on the back the phone makes this continues ringing noise. Good little novelty toy but I think was bought more for the name than quality of toy

This little phone is really cool, a lot better than I originally thought! Our little one loves it, the only thing I would say is she holds it to her ear like a phone but to be honest, it's a bit loud for her to be doing that so we have to encourage her to look at it like face time rather than hold it to her warm shame you can't control the volume but not surprising for the price.

simple toy, went down very well with our 2 year old granddaughter , quite quiet ...which is mostly a good thing . I thing it will suit a child from 12 month to 2 1/2 . It is a great toy to leave in the cot and as it lights up and is interactive keeps an early riser amused for a while. I like the fact that the! Teletubbies are back again !

My daughter is a telly tubby fan so she loves this toy and pretends it’s her phone and walks around placing it near her ear. It was a little difficult to remove the battery cover. The batteries do come with the toy! The sounds the tubbies make are their usual “hello” and a tubby party music which she loves dancing to :D

I bought this for my daughter's 1st birthday as she's a big teletubbie fan and she loved it hardly puts it down, it's nice and bright can be annoying for the adults but luckily has a power off switch on the back so can have a break. Overall very happy with this toy seems to be holding upto the baby bashing also.

Bought for a one year old but was also enjoyed by children aged 3+. Although they hadnt seen teletubbies program both loved playing with this phone. Giggled at silly things they say, enjoyed pressing large buttons and adults like it as this is not a loud toy. Great value for money. Very pleased.

I bought this for me 3 yo and I was actually very impressed with it. Very durable and has a on and off switch! There is a mirror on the front then when switched on the teletubbies light up behind the mirror.Great for my son as it encourages him to press the buttons to show the image.

An excellent toy that my one year old loves. She can press the buttons and loves to hear the teletubbies on the screen. It is annoying as it keeps "ringing" even when you put it down but does stop after a while. It has an off switch to turn it off which is handy

Brought as a travel to keep baby entertained on the train its not too loud so you have to say sorry to everyone traveling! its got the Teletubbies phone song on which is a good tune to get stuck in your head all day but apart from that its overall a good toy :D

I understand it's a phone but you have to have it to your ear to be able to really hear anything. It doesn't really do a lot but my daughter likes it. She's 1 and loves the teletubbies but overall for me as a parent I don't think it's that great.

This toy was well received by my 20 month old and she is still playing with it a couple of weeks later. It's a decent quality toy for the price but it did not include working batteries! It had demo batteries but they had conked out.
