Of course these aren't audible if submerged. That's basic physics. Speakers work by moving air. They do however have a neat design that drains the water effectively, without having to tip upside down. So far seems to be waterproof and has taken repeated dunkings in the bath. They don't propel themselves, but they do float.Plays a nice wee selection of songs and phrases.My almost 2 year old son loves it. Especially when it says "I'm small but mighty!". "MIGHTY FUNNY" according to him.

This is a really cute little bath toy, obviously when it's underwater it's not that easy to heat but that's to be expected. My daughter prefers to play with it out of the bath and she loves the little song. It wheels along too and is a nice size for her to hold. It's one of her favourite little toys at the moment.

We took this on holiday for our two year old Son to have in the swimming pool. We would throw it across the pool and he would swim over to it. Great toy and he likes it a lot.
