I'm always on the lookout for protective cases for my i-Pad - after all, these things aren't cheap and you want to keep them safe from accidental damage. Some manage that protection by being gigantic, padded things that seriously cut down on the portability of the tablet. I've also made the mistake of getting generic ones that fit absolutely no known tablet in existence.I was a little surprised by the very simple look of the Logitech Blok for the i-Pad Air2. Its name tells you everything you need to know - a simple, black case that covers your Pad and, because it's specific, actually has all the necessary holes and buttons in exactly the right places. It was a little bit of a struggle to get the tablet in,but at least you know it's a snug fit and won't be rattling around inside it.There is nothing to safely protect the screen in transit, which is a black mark for me (so I'll still be carrying it in my old faithful neoprene slipcase if I go anywhere), but the Blok does come with a plastic, stick-on screen protector with an ingenious application tool pack. Getting screen protectors on is usually a nightmare, but the various tools meant that even as one as large as this went on with virtually no fuss at all.As with all protective cases, it does affect one of the main advantages of the Air2 - its light weight. Thankfully, as the case isn't that bulky it's not too bad, but it is heavier than it was and, therefore, a little more wearing to use for prolonged periods without propping it up somewhere.Having said that, this is one of the nicest cases I've had for the Pad (although I'm not looking forward to trying to get it back out again...)

This is an extremely tough cover for an iPad Air 2; inflexible to the point where it is nigh on impossible to insert your device, it feels sturdy enough to achieve the promise of protection for a drop from up to 1.8m (a claim I have no intention of testing deliberately). The design is a simple outer with no gimmicks, stands or keyboard, just affording straightforward protection.Described as black and red, the exterior is predominantly black and the interior red. Disappointingly the only red on show once your device is in situ is the logi logo on a corner of the back. It’s a very attractive shade of red, however small the amount on display.The case comes with a complimentary screen protector,which I haven’t applied as I already have one in place. It’ll make a handy spare and I’ll update my review once I’ve had cause to apply it should there be any difficulties.Overall if you are just looking for a straightforward case to protect your device and have no need for any built in stand, this might just be the case for you. Even if it is a little light on the red for me…

This shell fits very tightly around the iPad and offers firm cushioning around the edges and a solid protection at the back of the iPad. A screen protector is included together with accessories for attaching it.The shell is reasonably light in weight and has all the necessary port holes and switch accesses. The sides and back of the shell seem pretty immune from scratches, although the matt black rear panel on the black/red version I have is a bit prone to show greasy fingerprints.The shell is more rigid than I was expecting. That's good for extra protection from drops, although it makes taking the shell off rather difficult - in fairness this is probably an advantage if children are using your iPad.I like this shell.The iPad certainly feels protected and it doesn't impinge on the usability or offer any screen cover flaps that can prove awkward when holding the device. However, if you do want to opt for a screen cover and stand, the thicker BLOK Case and BLOK Keyboard Case might be more to your liking.

I've read a few reviews where the customer has said they've struggled to get the case on. Not how it was for me, but I wonder if its because I bought this for an iPad mini? Maybe it's just easier for the smaller ipad . I previously had a larger case with a handle (ipad is my 4year olds) but that was IMPOSSIBLE to get the iPad in and out. With the old case I would remove it because it didn't fit in the car ipad holder for watching movies on long journeys. With this case I can fit it into our ipad holder which makes me very happy. We have this holder Targus AWE77EU in Car Mount for iPad and Tablets, Compatible with 7-10 Inches Tablet - BlackIt doesn't really add much size to the iPad in relation to the protection it offers,but maybe I am saying that because I am used to my sons ipad being encased in a huge behemoth of a case!

This is a hard case cover for the iPad air 2 and it fits it snuggly. So snuggly that it is a problem to get it off this case. It also comes with a screen protector that fits in with it perfectly. The sales information has this iPad cover as a protector so good that it can protect the iPad from a drop of 6 feet. This is one experiment I could not try as I don't have insurance that will replace the iPad in the event that such a test failed. I will take that information on trust and hope that if ever my iPad accidentally falls from such a height, that it will be protected.

This cover is very secure. It is quite difficult to get it on and off the iPad! So once it's on you have no fears of it accidentally falling off. It does seem to protect the iPad well. I am not about to test its capabilities by dropping my iPad from a height of six feet.... But I imagine it would go a long way in preventing damage. The screen protector supplied fits well.The only thing I don't like - I'm used to being able to stand my iPad up whilst using it, and that isn't possible with this cover.

This is a very well made protective shell case for an iPad Air 2.The design is very striking with squared off corners instead of the more common rounded type.It also comes supplied with a high quality screen protector.No stand is provided with this version but there is another version that includes this.Fitting the case is a bit of a challenge as it is such a tight fit but ultimately this a good thing as the iPad should stay in situ if this case is ever called into action.

I bought this for my 9.7 ipad pro even though it's not meant for that.It works pretty well. The top speakers are blocked, but the sound is still really good. The torch is also blocked, but the camera works fine. Just be warned that you cannot charge the apple pencil with this case on, and it's quite annoying to take the case on and off.

So at first the square shape felt strange to hold, al,out clunky... However with every passing use I love this case a little more. It has excellent grip! Makes holding the iPad feel great. It feels modern and different as its square but it works so well. It looks excellent. Highly recommend this case!

Great design, They need to make one for the iPhone 6s to match. Was a bit tough to get the iPad in but its a snug fit. Screen protector and application kit included which is a bonus.
