I got these for shucking oysters ... they’re perfect and offer good protection. You could definitely use these for heavy/rough gardening work.Only negative was that I found a similar pair in a local shop at a cheaper price.

Just finished doing all the pruning before the winter sets in. These gloves provide all the protection you need for doing the roses and pyracantha. The gloves are comfortable to wear and I would heartily recommend them.

I seem to get through rigger gloves, so it was pleasing to find a pair again that are very comfortable from the get-go and also thick enough for everyday use in the garden. Really pleased and have ordered a spare pair!

Even though the gloves are very good quality I just want to write a warning to others, the gloves have a mesh on the back of the fingers and back of hand so are not nettle proof if that's what you are buying them for.

Thought these might be rubbish, given their price, but good quality and nicely but not thickly padded. I have large hands and they are a good fit. Way too big for small hands, so choose some others.

Have used these for a couple of months now and have found them to be thorn proof which is what I was looking for. However, it does make my hands very dry after using them.

This a great pair of gloves for removing spiky branches and stinging nettles. They can be put on and taken off easily and they are very comfortable as well as sturdy.

Fast delivery. Bought.the gloves as a Christmas present. Due to covid have not been able to give gift. They are nice and thick hopefully they'll do the job.

Strong general purpose gloves- I will use these in the garden for cutting back spiky plants. Appear to be good quality, smart design and arrived promptly

Bought for tree and hedge work. Fèel and look verý robust. Used twice up to now. Good gloves. Kept my hands holly and thorn free.

I don't have very big hands, but these gloves are fairly tight. Solid heavy work gloves that can't be beaten on price.
