My 2.5 year old son has shown more and more interest in helping me with DIY, so thought it would be good to get him some tools of his own.Picked this up, and have been very impressed with it. Love the genuine Bosch look to it, matches several of my Bosch tools, and is absolutely key in getting my son to believe he's working just like daddy.Tools are a hammer, spanner, saw, and a working (well, it moves at least), electric screwdriver. They all look great, and seem decent quality.Always wonderful seeing my son run for his toolkit when I say I'm going to be doing some jobs around the house - with this, he can feel that he's really part of it, and encourages him to help.In summary,

Bought for 18month old - to be fair he's probably a little young for it and I had to remove the nuts and bolts and drill bits because he'd have tried to eat them - but there's a saw, hammer, electric screwdriver, saw and wrench that look enough like the ones in the cupboard under the stairs to keep him happy! It also has some plastic wood and giant 'nails' to hammer in, and the little screwdriver has batteries o make it turn and the wrench opens and closes on a realistic ratchet. If your son or daughter likes to get involved I'd highly recommend. My kid spent a good 15 minutes just opening and closing the box and taking the tray in and out before he even got around to looking at the tools!

Bought for my 3 year old grandson who loves it, he happily hammers the big nails in and screws together the wooden slats. only reservation is the lid of the bigger section of the tool box as it somehow gets out off its hinge when opened. it has been carefully shut and after a few uses seems to have settled down. He told his uncle that he would be over to fix his bathroom soon as.

This was very well received by my three year old grandson and his grandad had fun with it too! Very well made and no tiny bits to get lost or swallowed. Good job we had thought to buy plenty of batteries before Christmas so he wasn't disappointed that the drill wasn't working. He loves to carry things about, so this toy has come in very handy!

My 2 year old son loves playing with the tools like Daddy. All the tools and the box are nice and sturdy. The only thing to watch is if you have younger kids the drill bit is detachable and is small enough to swallow (manufacturer doesn't recommend for babies of course anyway but thats just an observation if you do have younger kids around)

My four old son got this for Christmas to go with other Bosch tools that he has. As well as the accessories it comes with it can also fit in his jigsaw and a few extra bits. Great for carrying his tools so he can do jobs around the house. Did not pay full price as was on offer so even better but would have worth paying full price for.

My two year old loves it. This was the best buy of the year. It was for Christmas but I was expecting it after as I ordered it late. It came the day before Christmas Eve. Had to replace it as the Battery operated drill came without battery components. Received replacement before new year. Would very much recommend.

The toolbox is a very well made & safe toy. The drill really works & can do up & undo the screws provided. There are also nuts & bolts to screw the pretend wood together. A really well thought out toy. My grandson loves it & always brings it with him when visiting us & loves 'fixing' things for us.

Good quality, sturdy box with a handle and locking mechanisms. Hubby thinks is better than his tool box ? The toys are perfect for toddlers. Big enough accessories that mimic the real tools, the drill makes real enough sounds, offer plenty of distraction for little curious minds. Good buy.

Keeps little boys entertained for hours! Good quality in overall, although I find the hinges on the box a little flimsy and they pop out every once in a while, but the tools are fantastic, and look like the real thing, and work too!All in all quite happy with this tool box.

My 2 yo granddaughter loves this as an alternative to all her girly toys. The drill/screwdriver works well but remember no batteries are supplied. It could do with a few more components to make the set more interesting but it is robust and has enough interest for a 2-3 yo.

I really liked this although over time the plastic lid on the top as broken off it does Pop back on although the handle on the top also broke as can't be repaired all tools are good qualtiy plastic none of these have broke its worth the money over all good product

my 2 nearly 3 year old adores this tool box, the drill looks the same as his Dad's and he loves that! he has now added a few real bits from the proper toolbox, but the box is still in one piece and it gets used regularly so it's thumbs up from me!

A very happy boy, he's just like daddy now he's got this tool box. Even the screw driver worked on a car he was building which really pleased him. Its a great tool box which looks very grown up for a 4 year old. great value, great quality

My son love this tool box, it comes with various tools and screws along with pieces of 'wood' (plastic) for kids to drill the pieces into, helping to develop a variety of skills. Excellent quality and hours of fun.
