Very good value. I was looking for reliability, having had problems with Seagate and Western Digital drives before.I've attached this 2TB Canvio Ready drive to a USB port on the back of my TP-Link router, and formatted it with 5 partitions which I use for networked storage. Speed is limited by the USB2 port on the TP-Link router, but so far so good.

Having only had the drive delivered today I can't of course speak about its long-term reliability, but so far I've been very pleased by the transfer speeds I'm getting when connected to a USB 3.0 port on my PC - over 100MB/s when copying larger files to it and hardly ever under 40MB/s even on small files.

Fingerprint-resistant surface, silent enough, small rubber feet, USB 3.0 A - Micro-B (not like in the picture). 2Tb weighs 217 g + cable. The read/write speeds are not very impressive (see picture), if you are used to SSD speeds. Value is still good (especially I was buying this at the right time).

Really great value for money, fast and reliable. Bought to back up an older external in the event that the older one fails - the old one is mains powered whereas this one is powered by the connection to the laptop. Will be buying another one the next time I need to expand my capacity.

I bought this to go with my Xbox, not knowing loads about external hard drives but enough to know that this product does exactly what it says it will do. No problems what so ever and has worked brilliant since purchasing.

A compact and easily portable hard drive small enough to fit in your pocket if you want to take it with you. Additionally, with 2TB of space, you can store large amounts of data, pictures and videos - a superb product.

I I bought this device as a back up for my surface Book and it's a dream just in case as you know how these new laptops and now desk tops have no disc drive and only USB-USB-C ports only. For 2-T I didn't do to bad.

This was great for me. I needed to change my HDD to an SSD, hence the purchase.Comes with the right wire and it’s plug and play.I have a MacBook Pro, so I had to format it first. Then it’s good to go.5 stars!

Absolutely silent, fast for removing of files between this HDD and other devices, small size perfect for travelling and easy to connect with your laptop, PC, blueray, smart TV....

Product is quite compact, compared to an earlier one I have from a different maker, though this one is now several years older.& only about 1/4 of the Tosh's capacity.

Although I have not used this hard drive extensively it seems to be of very good value in comparison with many of its competitors.

I store my movies and music on this hard drive and use it through my blueray player, it's like a entertainment Duke box, love it.

quick delivery, well made, the USB cable that came with the hardrive I found to be a bit short. still a great hard drive.

This was purchased to back up media from the laptop and keep away from home. Very compact and pretty fast.
