The problem with this product and all the thermaltake tt rgb plus eco system products is that they are a nightmare to set up and get working. I'm several thousand in and I'm an experienced pc builder but I still can't get them to work properly whether I use Thermaltake's own software or the recommended motherboard rgb software suite. I have stalked relentlessly Thermaltake, Gigabyte and Asus forums and the problems with their stuff are well known, there are a lot of frustrated people out there. Don't go down this rabbit hole, I have lost days of my life trying to make pretty colors on an otherwise very functional rig. Danger turnaround.

I'm on my fourth replacement for this product now and the same issue has arisen every single time. The controller for the RGB will abruptly die and there's nothing that can be done to fix it. The first product I received was dead-on-arrival, the second lasted 8 months, the third lasted 11 months. We'll see how long it takes the most recent replacement to die too.
