I feel like Joe Rogan with those on, I can attach headphones and hear myself talk while I TALK into it .It's amazing, picks up my deep voice so well. I bought this in particular because it has an input volume and seperate gain dial for close voice recording or Acoustics like for guitars, pianos or a small quire .No messing about with complicated settings here ??

Great for close up instrumental recording. Has onboard reverb effect. Best part is that you can control using an app on iPhone and then send the finished recording to your phone for sharing etc.The app can be a little buggy with random crashes but as long as you are familiar with how to quickly reset it’s not an issue. For the price, recommended.

I upgraded from a dr-05 and the dr 22 wl has a very noticeably better sound quality, the wifi control function is fantastic and it's small and lightweight for carrying around. More great work from Tascam in recording gear, it was a choice between this and the drr44wl which will be next. I can fault nothing about this.

Someone said instructions were not very helpful. The very informative manual can be down loaded in PDF format from the internet. The recorder is easy to use. It is just a matter of getting used to changing things on the menu screen. Great quality and very versatile.

Compact, easy to use, and combines advanced features with a basic ‘idiots settings’ to enable you to. ‘Get going quickly’.Some have criticised it flimsy build quality. I say” get a good quality case and treat it with care”. It will give you many years of service.

Professional recorder you will be impressed. This one can also be controlled via Bluetooth and can also be plugged into a line in connection. Very reliable and its dual format recording really makes this product outstand from its competitors.

Excellent product, offers all the essential functions you expect from a portable recorder. And it's cheap!The wi-fi module is so handy if you don't wanna stress out by connecting leads or removing the microSD for file transfer.

Well made and very capable recorder even though a little cheaply made hence the 4 stars. The WiFi control is great and if you need this functionality then it's well worth considering.

Works well, good sound quality, need to change batteries little bit too chuckly, software update is a must, some options in menu are not very well understood.
