Comparing the picture to the urn that i got was different.Reason i chose this one was because it showed no handles near the lid.The one i got had plastic handles.Problem is that over time the handles become brittle because of the heat.Time will tell weather or not this last longer than the other 1 i got from a different company.That only lasted a year before the thermostat broke and handles literally fell off having just turned to powder.

Bought for a sports club to replace an old item. Very pleased with it. Heats up quickly. I like the safety lock on the lid, our old one was just a sit on lid. Arrived in good time too. Pleased with transaction.
