Easy to assemble and hold up pretty well. Bought the first one for granddaughter #1 and she has used it for three years. It is in my sons dining room! We are planing on moving it outside this summer. Bought the second one for granddaughter #2 it is going outside (her parents want to eat dinner in the dining room, go figure). Have put it out yet as it is an Easter present.

Not very difficult to build, but one of the roof pieces did notfit together completely.
