Plugged this docking station into my laptop using the cabled supplied. It seemed to recognise the dock - but when I plugged it into my monitor, no response at all - monitor detected no sginal.Poor build quality and very poor connection of cables into the supplied ports.

Item blew my £1200 Dell laptop upon first connection. Complaint to manufacturer through their website elicited zero response from them. Use at your own risk.

couldn't get these to work with a Dell XPS 15 2017 model. Very little if any vendor support and frustration set in so I returned.
